Delivery service was bad. Spoilt my whole day despite telling me that the parcel will arriving the next day.
The delivery company asked me to go to the delivery depot to pick up.
Spoke to a manager from MDS and he stated he couldn't do anything of the delivery and they cannot guaranteed the time of arrival.
The money was paid to MDS and MDS has the responsibility to make sure that the delivery is met. "IT IS ALWAYS SOMONE FAULT!"

First time I have used Martin for electrical work.
Very punctual, polite,clean,tidy worker,explained everything I needed to know.
Wouldn’t hesitate to use him again, and also wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.

I have used this company for a number of years and have never had a problem. Excellent work, no mess, no hassle, job done.

Dear Martin,
I would like to say a huge thank-you for your service recently.
Sadly, during lockdown our garden was entered, and thieves broke into our shed and stole 2 bikes. We were very concerned that they were disturbed as there are lots of power tools in the shed, and we worried they would return again.
We had an old security light in the garden which was not working and no security on the shed. This was a really upsetting and stressful experience for us. Not just because the bikes were stolen, but because someone had come into our garden and been that close to our home, where we were sleeping.
On becoming aware of this Martin very kindly offered to come around and fit a new motion-censored security light for us. He ordered and collected the security light we needed and even though he was very busy, he came to our home and installed the new security light for us within a few days.
We installed an alarm on the shed ourselves and this, matched with the security light, has left us sleeping much sounder at night.
Thank-you Martin for going out of your way for us and helping make us feel safe at home again.
I would to hesitate to recommend you to others and have already recommended you to our neighbours who were aware of the break-in.

Martin at MDS wired some outside lights to the front of my house to help light up when I drove into my driveway. He listened to my needs and suggested where the best location for the lights would have the maximum impact for me.
Martin was very clean and tidy with the work, in particular hiding the cabling on the inside of the house. He even hoovered up the dust for me afterwards! Really fair price too.
I would thoroughly recommend Martin at MDS Electrical for all of my electric work, even if I cannot be at home when the work is done.
