The people are borderline criminals .
Lies , fraud , fakes.

Do not use under any circumstances.

Adding to the review as it appears that The Panel Company and MDP express are owned and run by the same people. They bounce excuses if each other when in fact they know exactly what’s happening to your delivery .

PVC PANELS WAREHOUSE (just as bad) sent wrong panel twice. They arranged with MDP to collect the wrong panel & deliver another one (what should’ve been the correct one) Again PVC sent wrong one!
PVC are adamant I’ve still got the panel saying it was delivered by MDP! I’ve lost count how many times I’ve phoned MDP, no answer ‘ messaged website. No reply. I’m struggling to get refund DO NOT USE
ID GIVE NO STARS if there an option!

I've been waiting a week. Every day, the website says 'Out for delivery.' I called the dodgy supplier, who claims it will be "with you today" every day but has now stopped taking calls as well.

No response to phone or contact form.

These guys are scams. AVOID AT ALL COST!

7 panels 1200mm x 2.4m due gor delivery. Over a 7 days period we were told to expect them 2-3 days..twice! No email response, no phone pick up, page chat ignored. Finally tracked as delivered!!!!!!How could these size panels be wrongly delivered?
Extremely suspicious. AVOID AT ALL COST!
Two weeks of aggravation.

Avoid this lot at all costs if at all possible.
I've never know a delivery/logistics company that has absolutely no ability to communicate / send updates etc.
Logistics software is so user friendly these days that it can be used by even the smallest of companies to send data / communication.
You get absolutely NOTHING from this lot. Tried calling......it just rings out.
Tried the online form twice....absolutely nothing.
Tried emailing twice now. Still nothing.
Something dodgy is definitely afoot.
Don't trust. Don't use.
I can get any sort of communication from these so im having to sit in for the next few days in the hope someone turns up!!!!!

trusted company but sometime they did not pick calls i think they should consider calls of customers as important they takes chats

Great, On time delivery

Mdpexpress were late with delivery when I cancelled they called to say it was on the way. It Didn’t arrive, so contacted the number who called me and once again assured me it was coming tomorrow so I gave them the benefit of the doubt, next day didn’t arrive so called up to tell them not to bother he assured me it was coming in 2hours and guess what? it didn’t, It was now 8pm and I knew they had lied once again so called to cancelled!! The tracking now shows that it was delivered with a photo of my shop (which was closed) and a photo of the item in the van! There is also a forged signature too!! The item was never received! The road is covered by CCTV which shows it was never delivered on the date they claim it did nor any other day! They are going to be reported to the relevant authorities for fraud!!

nearly 3 weeks into the order, after harassing them from 2 weeks in. they kept lying to me saying "it will be today" and it never did. kept lying to me saying there having mechanical issues etc, then on the 18th day they said they forgot to load on the wagon. NEVER EVER HAD AN EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS!!!!

First delivery was just left on the pavement outside didn’t even ring the doorbell only knew it was there when I checked app status and it had changed to delivered. Second delivery they made no contact at all didn’t know it had been delivered until i saw it left on the pavement outside and every package was damaged. I hope i never after receive anything from this company again and I certainly wouldn’t choose to use them.

Waiting for delivery had a tracking number but it doesn't work can't contact anyone at all it has a number but that doesn't work either. I would avoid at all costs

No stars if possible. No idea where they delivered to but the picture wasn’t of our home! Taking no responsibility, disgusting.

Delivery.... Yes delivered. 11 miles from my address. Completely the wrong postcode - my postcode is on their order and delivery confirmation... - fortunately they took photos of the items generally dumped by the side of the road in the dark. Did make it perfectly identifiable to prove it was no where near my home - tracking number worked though so that helps pus a photo which helps..
