Proactive and effective communications
The MDC team has been very proactive with communication and regular check-ins. Their online portal is very effective and easy to navigate.
My only criticism is their sometimes aggressive up-selling. They have been respectful when I have declined additional paid services.

I have been working with Ava, she is fabulous and has been a huge help in the process of receiving a student Visa. Would definitely recommend using them if you're having as much confusion on the process as I was. Made it much easier to understand, and provided a step by step process to gain a visa.

They were extremely pushy and made me feel pressured right away — major red flags. When I tried calling their number back, it was disconnected. I told them I’d call back later, but they said only they could call me — yet another huge red flag. When I said I wanted to think about it, they kept insisting it had to be done immediately. I reported and blocked them right after. Total scammer vibes.

Extremely disappointing and misleading experience
I signed up and paid $2500 after being called multiple times a day by very pushy sales people and reassured I could cancel later if I didn’t want to move forward with my application.
Since then we got our residency in Australia so I didn’t proceed but my refund was refused and my emails requesting my information have not been answered.
The process felt pushy and misleading, so be very cautious and read all terms carefully before signing up.
Reply: I understand it’s a paid service and if I did receive the service it wouldn’t be an issue. The issue is that the sales team push you to pay with misleading information and then the support team never replies to emails once payment has been made.
I am not looking for a refund for the assessment, only for the application that wasn’t even started.
I answered privately providing all my information so looking forward to your answer now you have all the details!

I contacted MDC Canada, and my case officer, Linda Stanford, was incredibly patient and provided me with clear, tailored advice that made the complex application process manageable. She was a great help, and the process was extremely straightforward and reliable. Her knowledge of visa requirements is exceptional. She anticipated potential issues and addressed them proactively, ensuring a strong application.
