Wow! Great company
Wow, what a great experience. I moved companies and therefore switched insurance providers and the new insurance was through a 3rd party that the doctor had to call specifically to verify benefits, and the 3rd party would say I was inactive when I wasn’t. I was running out of my medication and desperately needed a refill of thyroid meds. In a last ditch attempt I googled and found MDAnywhere. I was able to upload my current med pictures and explain what I needed quickly and easily and they sent my prescription in to the pharmacy within 10 minutes. Lifesaver!! And only $36 without needing to use my useless insurance.

This place is not fast and simple anymore it's a waste of time! I cant even get them to fill a simple thyroid medication.

Hello. At MDAnywhere we refill thyroid medications quite often. However, the safety of the patient is always top priority. Thyroid medication is a maintenance medication and being on it requires the patient to have proper follow up and routine labs after a year to reassure this medication works correctly. This is the same protocol an in-person provider abides by. Once labs are done a patient is always welcome to come back for refills. In addition, if a patient cannot be treated MDAnywhere does not charge for the visit. Again, we care about the safety of our patients more than the money.
