MAS Gears UP 

Bad company. I think they got in over their head attempting to be a vendor for CAA MCK. I ordered the Glock 19 gen 2 model. They told me their turn around time for shipping was 3-5 days. Two weeks later they still haven't shipped my order. I emailed them several times with no response from them. I emailed them from another email address asking if they had that model in stock and ready to ship, and they responded immediately stating that they have "restocked and ready to ship". I called them on the phone requesting a status on my order and they said they should be getting my model in from the factory soon to ship out. I advised them of my other email wherein they said they have the product ready to ship, and challenged them about their lies. They just gave me run-around crap. They should not lie to the public and not make themselves out to be something they're not

Order received diferrent from what was ordered. Requested a return and they failed to respond. Wish I had done research and read the reviews prior to purchasing. No longer will I do business with this company.

This company is a scam!! They take your money and thats it. No customer service, just some guy who answers a cell phone. They never know whats going on. I ordered a mck macro for my glock. 2 MONTHS went by and nothing!!! They will say that something went wrong and they are going to fix it, but never get back to you. After this i found horrible reviews saying the same thing. BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS.

Dawg beware of this company man. No way it should take a week to build a ar upper if it was already advertised as built !!!!!! I can build the damn thing myself within 2 hours !!! Told me it would be shipped, but still hasn’t. I knew I should’ve did more research, before being impulsive. Seeing other people say it’s been 2 weeks for them, with no shipping, is aggravating tf outta me

They are full of shyt I have brought a 5" 300 Blackout completed upper. This unit has a feed problem, I entertain whomever it was I talked to at the company. He maybe it's this it's that all the things I knew that were not going to fix the problem. They repeatedly tell me it has a 3yr warranty, several weeks have passed and still no resolution. I'm still waiting over a month now.

I ordered a conversation kit. I called, and the guy asked for my order number and quickly told me they're waiting for the FedEx tracking number.
However he responded to quick to have input the order number. It's been a week, and I'm 5hrs away from their facility. No way it should take a week for a tracking number. l've already initiated cancellation with my credit card. I'll shop elsewhere.

MCSGEARUP sent my horizontal foregrip light laser combo to me in the timely manner. I was a little off put by no tracking number with my receipt but when I called the number on their home page someone promptly picked up and reassured me my package was on it's way.

I purchased a CAA 16" barrel for Glock19 Gen3. The shipping was average at best & upon receiving the barrel, I found that it didn't fit in several slides, both OEM & PSA Dagger slides due to CAA Glock clone barrel. I filled out online form, emailed several times & never received a response. I finally got them via phone & received the run around, at no time giving any indication they would take care of the problem. Their customer service is pathetic at best. Fortunately I found one of my PSA Dagger Compact slides that the barrel fit in, saving the hassle of the return process with a poorly run company.

3 weeks for flip up sights. Got a call saying they were scared my purchase was a scam? How is that even possible? You have my money already? And this is the first time I ever even purchased from this company.. I got a tracking number but almost a week has gone by where it says USPS Awaiting Item. So that means MCS marked my item as shipped but hasn't actually shipped it as USPS still hasn't received it. I will not return to this company. 3 weeks+ for flip up sights is outrageous I could order from any other site and get them within a week. Stay away!!

Awesome parts fast shipping low cost!! I had an issue and was able to speak with customer support. M c s always has someone there I can talk to. The short buffer system is compact And a direct replacement for my buffer . I'm very satisfied.

It's been over a week now and still no tracking number. I've contacted the company multiple of times asking about my tracking #. Only thing they kept telling me it's been ship, but doesn't see a tracking number, but one will be sent to your email later today. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.Its not with your time nor money

TERRIBLLE COMPANY STAY AWAY!!!! ORDERED A 5 PIECE ANODIZED AR KIT IN BLUE, CAME IN THREE DIFFERENT COLORS AND THEY WONT RESPOND TO MY EMAILS OR CALLS

Bought a glock 17 gen 5 16in barrel and the MCSGEAR sent me the wrong one, emailed them and they very nicely said send it back we'll send the right one and reimburse you for the shipping. So I did with a receipt then no barrel, no reimbursement and 3 weeks for it to go back in. I do not recommend since they were nice just to get me off the phone and asked me to send all emails to them regarding the issue but did nothing and I'm down $20, take it for what it's worth.

2 weeks and it's still not here, I have never had a company take this long to ship the order and on top of that they choose the slowest shipping speed possible. My item is scheduled to arrive tomorrow and I'll update this if it does and it's what I actually paid for and I'll be buying the accessories from caa instead.

One week later, still haven't shipped my item or updated tracking. Not sure if it's a smaller operated company but I'd give them a few more days.

Ordered a few items from mcs a few weeks ago, everything came rather quickly. However, 1 item was scratched, contacted them. They told me they would send me a return label to exchange the item for 1 without scratches. Took a few days to get the label, shipped it back and the new 1 is on the way.

We got off to a rocky start, it took 5-6 days to get my tracking information.
BUT...in that time Joel was unprecedentedly fast in responding to my (admittedly rude) inquiries. He even called me personally to let me know what was going on, which was everyone is buying guns! Hell yes 2A... shopping time is 2 days to TN once it shipped.

Bottom line, I thought I was getting fed a bunch of BS, but this is a business that is growing by the sound of things, and if you're willing to be just a little more patient than dealing with Amazon, I would buy from them, not just because I got a Hella good deal on my mck kit, but they were honest and kept their word, even when I was an a-hole.

Amazing customer service! Product came exactly as described and fast! Definitely recommend this place!!!

Terrible service!!! Been waiting for 2 weeks for an item to be shipped. They don't answer the phone or emails. Do not buy anything here!!

They changed a product review I wrote to a higher rating and left out the cons of the product. Dishonest. Shameful.
