Absolutely outstanding experience buying my Aston Martin Rapide S. From start to finish, Matt made the whole process effortless, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. His knowledge of the brand and attention to detail were exceptional, but what really stood out was how personal and relaxed he made everything feel — never pushy, just passionate about the cars and making sure I found the right one.

The Rapide S was presented beautifully and exceeded every expectation. Matt kept me updated throughout, answered every question quickly, and made the handover feel really special.

Dropped my DB11 V8 off at McGurk’s for it’s annual service Tuesday , welcomed by John McGurk,Simon,and Watson the Labrador , a much appreciated cup of tea came my way following a three hour pleasurable journey in the Aston .
Simon the service manager gave me a tour of the workshop facilities which were clean, organised and modern. this was then followed by a tour of the current vehicles for sale , kid in a sweet shop springs to mind here, fantastic selection of Astons throughout the years , sleeping beauties is an understatement..
Simon then explained what work was to be carried out specifically on a sixth year service and put my mind at rest that my vehicle was in safe competent hands by people who ‘care’ about customer service and passionate about the AM brand ..
As promised , Simon called later on in the day to give me a service update and agree a pickup time for the Wednesday , excellent communication and attention all round , will be seeing them again for my next service with my pride and joy and would definitely recommend McGurk’s to all my fellow Aston owners ..

From first contact to collection, Matt provided an exemplary service, providing detail and promptly replying to every question. An excellent and informative hand over from Matt and an introduction to his colleagues even though the where fully occupied with preparation for the NEC show.

Sold my DB11 V8 to McGurks and the whole process was an absolute doddle. John and his team dealt with the sale in a lovely professional manner. They offered what was a fair price that I was happy with and we concluded the whole deal in a super quick time, with the money transferred across immediately .

Kevin was a great guy and put up with my energy the whole time! I purchased a db11 v8 after test driving. At a late stage of purchase I noticed the umbrella was missing! The previous owner had squirrelled it away and Kevin surprised me on handover with a new one! The car was immaculate and very well presented I would strongly recommend McGurk for your Aston Martin purchase.

I’ve been in the process of selling my V8 Vantage. As I’m not based in the UK, a friend has kindly been helping with the sale. We were contacted by McGurk, who wanted to take a look at the car with a view to buying it. My friend drove a 200-mile round trip to take the car to them.

That afternoon, I received a call and was met with a barrage of accusational questions, as though I’d committed some great offence by daring to present a car with a less-than-perfect service history. I didn’t ask for their interest, and frankly, I’d never even heard of McGurk before this week. Most unhelpful and unsympathetic to the difficulties of selling a car from a distance!

I get that they have standards to uphold, but after this unsolicited, and frankly rude experience, I’ve come away feeling somewhat like I’ve inadvertently crossed paths with people from a world I don’t belong in and I’m not sure they’d be my first choice for doing business in future

Well yet again what more can I say about these guys specially John and Simon they have no end made me feel welcomed to the Aston Martin ownership world, always a friendly greeting and anything I’ve asked for help with or a part of carpet I’ve been looking for since owning the car and wondering how and where I would get this Simon and John to the rescue had the exact piece of carpet I needed a treasure trove of parts and knowledge that I would never go anywhere else for, always accommodating fit me in whenever I phone up with any issues, for someone who has owned my db9 for such little time these guys make you feel like they have known you for years, and years is how long I’ll be using them for and nobody else, if I could praise these guys anymore I think the whole of trust pilot would be full of just my reviews lol and to top it off even found me a car cover for my db9 which was just the icing on the cake a credit to John and the team he has put together of genuine car guys who love to help and thrive to go out their way

In the last two years I’ve bought a couple of Aston Martin’s from John McGurk,a Vanquish and a DB7 Vantage manual. I’ve have loads of Aston Martins over the last 30 years. Matt in Sales is ace but if Matt isn’t there Rob in Sales treats you as though you are his customer …very helpful. Sonia the service manager is very good to deal with. They can only do that though because John really does try and make sure the cars are right which given they are ageing Aston Martins takes some doing. The Vanquish had one tiny but awkward fault ..the flap inside the exhaust squeaked a bit and I’nq bit anal about perfection. They sorted it though without complaint. The DB7 is low mileage and had stood a while so I had to drive it a bit for anything to appear. There were six little things that appeared after some usage and some were intermittent. I was pleased that they didn’t give up and ultimately all was fixed.
I’ve waited a while to review so that a good period has passed. Very pleased overall and highly recommend.

First visited McGurk in July to get advice on Aston Martin's, John was really helpful in explaining what you need to know to make sure buying your dream car doesn't turn out to be a nightmare, his advice was invaluable in making sure we took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, later having seen the car we wanted called Matt to arrange to view the car. Matt was excellent to deal with, straight forward again giving excellent advice and insight on their cars, two weeks later collected our V8 Vantage and couldn't be happier with the whole experience and of course the car. Would definitely recommend.

Recently had the beast serviced at Mcgurk’s.
I couldn’t be happier with the work they did! Even when my Aston threw a few curve balls at them😂 Everyone throughout the garage was really experienced & helpful! Their detailer even managed to remove a scuff mark that was really bugging me, for no charge🎉

I have no hesitation in reccomending McGurks. I bought a V8 Vantage from McGurks in June 2022. Matt made the buying process really enjoyable, and made me feel like a special customer. This is not a garage that is just after your money; they want you to come back to them. No problem seems to big. I had a routine faultly door mechanism and it was sorted out without any fuss. Unfortunately I recently had an accident in the car, and John, Matt and the team have been extremely helpful and thoughtful. What other garage would give you a call on a Tuesday afternoon to check how you are? You will not regret going to McGurks for buying a car or after care. Thank you to John and the team.

Purchased an AM Vantage in 2020 from Rob who offered friendly considered advice with faultless attention and certainly made the process a pleasant experience.
Went back yesterday for a service and sort a couple of minor issues, this time looked after by Lloyd ,again a friendly faultless service.
McGurks provide a very friendly, fair and professional organisation, I sincerely would have no reservations in recommending them to others and will certainly continue to take my AM there.

I hear they are great so was keen to buy my next car from them as also very close, but it's difficult when they don't let you drive it unless you are going to buy, but you don't know if you want an Aston Vantage unless you've driven one. Aston Martin Works took the same view, so I've bought a 911.

The only place that repairs Aston Martin Vantage headlights (and other models) - helpful, professional, fast service with headlight unit returned safely and as good as new - for 3rd the price of replacement unit. 100% recommend. One happy customer. Rob from Surrey.

I gave them an old Aston Martin DB9 with a broken tired engine, I got back a fantastically engineered, beautiful new beast. Thank you
