I honestly can't thank Jayne Smith enough for everything she did to help me through the sale of my home. From the very beginning, she was incredibly professional, approachable and genuinely invested in making the whole process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.

We dealt with Stephen as a first point of contact and then with Sian in relation to the discharge of our standard security. The whole process (issue of letter of engagement, issue of invoice and MFL's payment details) was dealt with remarkably quickly and efficiently. The discharge itself was dealt with via the Registers of Scotland's digital discharge service, only two days after we paid MFL the fee and outlays for registering the discharge! This was really good service - very well done to the MFL team.

A "trust" house sale is a legal nightmare; esp when its multiple trusts! No issues; open on going dialogue (Jay); fast & efficient 'House Report' (Shepherds) and a seriously professional photographer (Grant) who not only knows his trade but an artists eye to boot. I confess to using this comp three times previously - personally as well as privately - but each time my choice has been vindicated.
One of the very few Scottish post-covid companies I've dealt with that still remain both highly efficient and effective.

From Ian D. Dundee DD47HU. A few words on our experience with Jayne Smith at McEwan Fraser. A couple of weeks ago we weren't even thinking about moving. Casually thinking about down sizing we found an ideal place almost overnight. We needed to get our house on the market quickly. Our first contact with M.F. was with Jayne Smith via phone call in her car. After an initial very informative appointment to meet Jayne and get an idea of our house value the we proceeded to reserve the new house the following day. Jayne then returned on the following day (her day off) to advise on expected costs and to start the ball rolling with our sale. Everything followed quickly afterwards - preliminary paperwork, solicitor assigned, Home Survey Report and professional Photographer. The HSR valuation was bang on Jayne's estimate. She has a very professional approach and combines that with a very pleasant easy going personality that makes the whole experience quite enjoyable as opposed to a stressful experience that house selling can sometimes be.
