The security system does not work at all. It's completely unreliable and fails to function as intended, which defeats the entire purpose of having it. I would not recommend it in its current state.

Absolute rubbish and poor standard of work done.

Shocking customer service. Put the product in and took money. Afterwhich when problems occurred (which was a lot) Mr. Tahir was nowhere to be seen. Even after multiple attempts to contact him, he wouldn't reply and his office would not give answers.

Absolutely would not recommend!

They installed cctv for me 2 years ago. Recently a camera went off line, and the others started flickering. I contacted them multiple times for a fix and nobody got back to me.
I decided to contact another company to fix the camera.
Turns out these guys are absolute cowboys and completely bodged the original install

I have received excellent customer service from Tahir. The entire installation process from start to finish was seamless. Tahir did a fantastic job with a neat finish. The cctv system has sharp and clear images. Upon completion, he showed me how to use the system in simple terms. Tahir is professional, approachable and takes pride in his work. Would highly recommend this company.

Rang on the day to see if they could come earlier, turned up and cracked on with the alarm, and installation of additional cameras on an existing system..

We recently had Mcds security to install a 4 camera system at our property, they were polite, friendly and very professional, would use again and definitely recommend.

We moved into a house a year ago with a MCD alarm already fitted. Despite many phone calls, missed appointments etc we have been unable to fix and engineer visit. They don't even have to decency to phone to rearrange.
Extremely poor customer service.

However, we did eventually have an engineer to visit us. We cannot fault the service he gave us, explaining everything carefully, and checking the system out. He made recommendations for extending the system to a new workshop.

I'm hoping the staffing problems that caused the glitch are now resolved.

We had CCTV implemented by MCD a couple of years ago, great system with full HD, installed efficiently, good workmanship. I have since then have a couple of technical glitches (mainly user error), MCD have called back and talked through the issues, information given is concise and staff know the equipment set up in detail.

Tahir and his team turned up on time and did a sterling job. I had cameras and security lighting fitted. They were very knowledgeable about placement of the equipment for optimum performance and left no mess at all. They even vacuumed up after the job was finished! Would have no hesitation in recommending this company to friends and family.
