Unhelpful and calloused personnel, not helpful to older people

Jeg har allergi og et ældre telefon. Sådan gik samtalen (på dansk) med O i McDrive:
Does the sauce contain x?
O: I really don't know.
Silence.
O: Would you like to order?
I would like to try your new burger but need to know about the sauce ingredient.
O: I don't know.
Well, can you please find out? is there anyone whom you could ask?
O: No, but you can look it up yourself on the app or internet.
Actually, I can't. I don't have a phone that can do that.
O: I don't have my phone here.
My phone is old and only can be used for text and speech. I don't have internet or apps. Can you please check on your phone?
O: No.
So what to do? I can't order something that I am allergic to and I came today to try your new burger. Sometimes, I can tolerate McDonald sauces and sometimes, not. I need some allergi information. Can you not give the service of helping me with this?
O: I don't know what you want or expect from me. I told you that I do not know about the ingredients. So are your ready to order?
At this point, I drove away.
(P.S. I expected that if he did not know, that he would himself check or call upon a colleague to check about allergi information. Even if he personally does not know, that information must be somewhere on a list or the manager knows or something and it was his job in that moment to find it.
I also wrote today because they are often surly and calloused at that Buddinge McDonalds - not all personnel some are very pleasant - but it happens often enough that a sour person is the contact, and they especially don't like to answer questions or be in dialog, even when there is no queue.)

Water

We stopped for a drink,diet coke and asked for ice water we were told we would need to pay for it which was fine we asked for a lot of ice .when we paid it was a 1.49 and very little ice I realize your need to charge for a cup and ice, but a 1.49 is pretty ridiculous

Mcdelivery

I am honestly appalled. On the 21st of December 2023 I ordered through the McDonald’s app from Cherry tree road and used mcdelivery. When my order arrived I had an item missing from my bag so I attempted to get in contact with both uber eats and McDonald’s. When I got in contact I was told by McDonald’s that they were not the ones who would issue the refund and that we had to call uber eats to speak with them. After about 30 minutes of being on hold I eventually got through to someone and I was told that I would have a refund within the next 10-15 working days. I had an email saying that the money would be refunded but over a month later I have still not received that back in any form. Usually I wouldn’t mind as McDonald’s is relatively cheap but the item I ordered was £7.29 so to not receive that item or get a refund I am frustrated with both McDonald’s and uber eats. This is not acceptable in anyway and I will be going to HR regarding this issue.

My McDonald's app was showing me an amazing offer.
I got 1500 points extra if I shop in a mcdonald's restaurant.
I am sure you know how it continous...
I went to the participating restaurant, activated the offer and bought the item...and never received the point.
Staff in restaurant was clueless why it did not work.
Utterly disappointed.

Come Saturday night. I had been out, drinking and fancied some food. McDonalds was the only option at the time.
Order eventually comes. I don't mind as it's a weekend. It's not my order at all.
I order chicken mayo, cheese burger, 6 chicken nuggets, cake, cookie.
I get 2 baps with no burger inside and a part cheese burger. Two milk shakes which I can't drink milk due to intolerance.
I think 20 nuggets with sauces and two fries.

I ring McDonalds 01782 201067 at 22.20pm and I am on the phone to them for 4 mins, 29 seconds per my call log, they say it's just eats fault, they get the order off them with address etc, they give me Just eats number, to complain and for them to make it right etc. He admits that my order does not match, but doesn't offer to re-send my food. If he knows this, why make the error in the first place.

I telephoned justeat 020 3929 3609, on Saturday 25th at 22.25pm, the call lasted 3 mins and 59 seconds. He advised me that I should go the route of claiming the money back via the app/site. I do as he instructs. I get an email asking for any photo evidence. I photo all receipts that came with the wrong order, so just eat can see my original order on the site and the order that came, they do not match.

Judy Ann Gacita has now emailed saying - I'm sorry you weren't happy with the food in your recent order (1955800513).
I am out of pocket of £16. Disgusting that I paid for food I am unable to eat, don't want. Not acceptable. More so when I rang the moment I opened the bag and noticed wrong food. He also said he can't get someone to collect, as I'd opened the bag.

Update - Just eat, gave me a full refunded. I get people lie about things, but I had photographic evidence, receipts etc

It's a 50/50 chance.

I am giving this review a 3 star because some Mcdonald's locations are actually good.
Sadly, the ones they are not like the good ones are terrible. Raw/cold food, bad service, that's all i really have a problem with them some times.
