From start to finish, a joy to deal with. Had a custom hot water tank made by them. Quick email response and great delivery service. Will definitely use again.

Having been badly let down by another firm I contacted McDonalds and explained my requirements and urgency.
Tiff was very helpful and got a drawing to me straight away for confirmation. Order was taken and delivery date brought forward to suit my needs. Cylinder delivered on the promised date, very securely packaged. Could not have been a better experience.

Great company to deal with. I bought a Cubeflow 150L in 2018 and needed a spare part in 2025. Superfast delivery and the guys in the office are always on hand to answer technical questions.

McDonalds made a bespoke replacement for me using measurements I had taken from the old cylinder. Such was the match to the old unit,I was able to re use with a few straight couplers and a tweek or 2 with the bender, nearly all the 28mm copper flow and returns, from 2 boilers,that I had to remove to get the the old cylinder out of the cupboard . Took 2 days to fit and finish, all back to normal service again now. So thankyou McDonald's. So glad I found you. G.D.

when I ordered a copper header tank, though I had missed the next day deceiver time slot, they still managed to get it to me next day. Brilliant service.

Since buying a 120 litre thermal tank from McDonalds for my flat this summer, I have needed to get a temperature gauge and have this sent to me as quickly as possible. To cut a long story short, since living in the Highlands, their APS courier would have taken up to 3 or 4 days to get the gauge to me. The ladies, Sara and Rachael, in accounts & admin, ensured that I would receive the item the very next day as they went beyond their call of duty to have it sent by Royal Mail signed for. Brilliant. I did not expect this level of service but very grateful for it. A truly reliable, decent company with very caring and attentive staff. From my first phone call to them in April 2025 when in the process of buying a thermal tank, I have been met with politeness, patience and a caring attitude; and what's great is that they answer the phone early in the morning and super quickly, no need to wait. Highly recommend buying from McDonalds for reliability, professionalism, better, fairer prices and for peace of mind.
