I would rate it a zero the same guy i called back a few weeks ago cussed at me called my worthless and a bum along with other choice words. When he answered the phone he didnt say the company or law office just hello what do you want then hung up immediately and i had to call back it is illegal for them to threaten jail and to bankrupt you which he did over a debt i do not owe due to medical reasons i can no longer go to the gym. The guy needs to be thrown in jail and lose his liscense hes worthless and just yells and screams like a toddler

Tedlock is EXTREMELY unprofessional and threatened to sue me and my family (mom of 3 littles) for everything that we have. Told me that I can go cry about it

I could not say enough bad things about this company first of all I took them months and months and months to do anything about my case then they told me I didn’t have a case which I knew they were incorrect , Thank God, I talked to another lawyer that knew what they were doing. I would highly advise everybody. Please stay away from this company. There are multiple multiple other good law firms out there. This one does not know what they’re doing. Very rude. Very employ. Mcdivitt attorney Joel Kohler that I hired is incompetent, arrogant and all over the place he is a liar and definitely does not care about his customers. he never asked what settlement did i want. i Trusted them with my workers comp case and because of his incompetence and some doctor he hired, the doctor was supposed to agree with my diagnosis and the statement i gave him but no he decided to make up things that i never said and contradicts my statement during court, maybe he would had listened to what i told him instead of making up his own statement and they hardly called me to speak with me about my case or he didn't even discuss any settlement plus i had to do most of the work. attorney did not read my file and what happened to me at work until i told him that I did not feel confident about his representation and bang the judge deny my case, he texts me stating we lost the case I'm sorry really maybe if you had been doing your job correctly none of this would have happen. Joel Kohler wants the client to do all the work while he does nothing. I do not recommend this place to nobody specially Joel Kohler worst attorney I have ever had.

I was involved in an accident where a car hit me jogging and left the scene of the accident. Dan took my case and dealt with my insurance company ensuring that I received a fair payout for my pain and suffering.

That was me with 1 exception: two months earlier I filed and began an ongoing divorce/ Child custody case.
