I have ordered 3 dresses from this website because of their (fake) sustainability.. there is NOTHING sustainable about it!!! “Linnen” items are not pure linen!! Its just another Chinese sweatshop!

Sizing is completely wrong, Im an european size M, I have referred to sizing chart and ordered size L from Mccoyn and its still too small!! I have sent them an email to create a return and they are not replying to their emails!

Basically I got scammed out of 100 euros. Spare yourself a headache and DO NOT ORDER from this website!!!

This site is a scam. The clothing items posted here are pictures from other sites. I ignorantly order multiple items and all of the items although ordered a large came small. And one of the pieces was not shipped as sold, I only receive 2 pieces. Since this company is fake, it's highly likely my email to customer service will go unanswered. I'm usually more attentive and read reviews, this time I didn't and really wish I had. I'm not one to typically leave reviews good or bad, but I felt I needed to let anyone thinking of spending hard earned money on this site to please not make the mistake I did.

The worst experience. Terrible. I placed my order and never received a confirmation of shipment. After a month, I contacted PayPal to dispute the order. Then I received the confirmation. The order arrived, but the two dresses did not fit properly. The tie on one of them was flawed. I emailed them to request a refund and return the order, per their instructions. I never received a reply. I contacted PayPal again to dispute this order, which I hope will resolve in my returning the order and a refund to me.

EDIT - No, their score didn't improve. I would lower it if I could. However, I was able to get a full refund (after 71 days) from Paypal. Don't give up. Keep disputing it and change the reason if needed.

First of all, the clothes were poorly packaged and looked like they'd been through hell to get here.

THEN when I opened it up, baby, the whole order is trash. What's cheaper than cheap? Mccoyn's clothes. Honey, it looks like something you'd make in a home economics class or 1st time sewing tutorial. I purchased a high/low coverup that wouldn't even cover my booty but went down to my knees. Um, this is backwards but the buttons and the tag say otherwise.

I should've known when it took 2.5 months to get here this ish was going to be a disappointment. BUT the whole $500 order.

I've reached out to them at least 10 times to return it with no response. I finally disputed it with PayPal.

Long ass story that couldn't be short... Don't order from them! Their clothes are trash. TRASH, I say.

As others have experienced. The company is a scam. Do not order anything. Took ages to arrive, extremely poor quality and they do not respond to emails to return. I might as well of given £90 to a charity. Really poor they have not responded to anyone on here also.

Total scam. Received my order 2 months after placing it. The clothes are absolutely nothing like the picture; not sure they would even classify as clothes. Cheap fabric. I’ve bought Halloween costumes that are better quality. This site needs to be shut down.

I ordered 6 dresses, they took over 3 months to arrive (missing the events that I ordered them for) they have holes, missing stiches, 1/2" hems (not 2" as they are in the photography) The fabric is cheap and thin and the ivory and white are completely see through. They don't fit well and are NOT CHIC like the pictures. Looks like they were made in a sweat shop and I feel completely scammed.

Spam company, absolute trash quality and they do not provide a return label.

I placed an order April 28th and I received an email on May 12th that it was shipped and on route, however now it's May 28th and I still haven't received it. When I went to go track the shipping earlier this week it said the tracking number wasn't found. Today I went to go check again to see if there was any updates on the tracking of the order and the shipment tracker has just disappeared all together. I've tired multiple times to reach out to the company of Mccoyn and no one ever responds back to my emails. I'm super disappointed as I ordered dresses for my upcoming vacation and wish I read up on these reviews before placing an order. Now I will be reporting it to my visa as well as Instagram to hopefully remove their advertisement adds, as that's where my first encounter was with Mccoyn.

Buyer Beware
I’ve called them on IG, sent numerous emails, and still no response. The crazy part is I actually like the clothes; I just need them in the 2XL I ordered them in and not the literal extra smalls they sent. Stuff like this makes me want to go back to the malls and take time to pick stuff out or get it hand made by a local seamstress. Really wish we could do a better job in allowing people to perpetrate these types of frauds via media.

I've sent them tons of e-mail to have a refund because their cloth fabric and design look like sh**t....and they never answered back..

Garbage!!! Scam!! I wish I researched first before ordering. My rugs looks better than their clothes! I’ve been sending emails and same as the other people here, I never got a response. Good thing I paid using PayPal, I filed a complaint against them. I received my goods after months, when I was sending them a bunch of emails to get the tracking number cause I never got one, they never answered but they responded to Paypal. Now that I want to return the items, they never responded at all.

The dress was not as expected, the buttons totally different as pictured and the sizing was bigger than expected. When trying to return i send several emails with NO REPLY FROM MCCOYN. This is just not acceptable.

Trash clothes, looks like they were thrown together in an hour from a sweatshop. All of them look bizarre and ill fitted. Fake company

just like everyone else..bought the dresses, poor quality and now can't return them because nobody answers the emails or the live chat..avoid

My review is the same as the rest. I wish I would have read the reviews first. Terrible quality, and they never responded when I tried to return. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I wish I would have read these reviews before shipping from them, unfortunately there is no 0 stars. It’s been months i am sending emails to return the stuff, nobody is getting back to me, even the shop application !!!! How they represent them when knowing how responsive they are!!!!! It’s a jock!!!! I spent more than $100 and no one even replying back!!!!!!! I am really really really upset!!!!!

Bad quality, zipper doesn't work, cotton quality is poor, fit even worse. I am trying to return my item but the client service ignores my messages.

Pity I didn't read the other reviews below before purchasing the item.

This Company is Awful-- I Have tried to return items and they never respond-- SO DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! The pictures look way better than what you receive-- they are from Southeast Asia somewhere.

I have been trying to return my order for weeks now. The quality of the products are not as advertised. They have not returned my emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM MCCOYN.COM, DO NOT ORDER.
