home heating oil
I have purchased my home heating oil from McCaugheys for the past 12plus years as it the rates are always competitive.
Customer service is always excellent and delivery prompt with a phone call approx 30mins before delivery.
2 weeks ago I priced 1000l of oil and saw that 2 companies were cheaper so I contacted McCaugheys with the prices to be told that unfortunately they could not match the prices so I took a day to think about and decided to go with them as I know what I get. The following day I received 2 missed calls during work and when I returned the call that evening I spoke with Mark who said they had received a new fill of oil which was cheaper and that they would honour the new price as the oil would not be delivered until the next day. This was totally unexpected and I would never have checked the price again once purchased so he did not have to do so. I am now in credit which was a great surprise and nice to see loyalty appreciated
