Purchased a jacket size L and it is totally incorrect size. It is a size small and trying to get a refund. 4 days to get a reply with offer of20% refund and keep jacket which I do not want. No returns address and no communication when I asked for refund and return address. This company is SCAM. AVOID AVOID AVOID

This site is a scam. AVOID! Item nothing like as described. The return policy is no existent. Do not waste your money.

Ordered the Jameson advent calendar it was tacky with plastic bits when it did arrive on Dec 31st it was squashed and damaged and not at all like the photos they advertised and took 5 weeks to deliver it came from China.

No answer from customer service e mail despite numerous e mails the address bounces back as unknown .

No return address to return the defective /damaged item

Absolutely disgraceful!! Very disappointed .Shipping took over a month!!!!

Item was not what was described and the price was ridiculous!

I ordered on 30th Nov, all responses to my emails say yes it is in transit. Still no sign.
Just arrived today, a cardboard box full of 2 cm size bottles to hang on string for 35 euros. Absolutely not what was advertised. Disgraceful and disgusting. False advertising.

Ordered the Jameson advent calendar in mid November still hasn’t arrived
Emailed them early December and they said it would be in delivered in the couple of days , no such thing
I have emailed them looking for a refund but no one has gotten back to me

My wife ordered a whiskey advent calendar off these cowboys. It never arrived. Same BS about time to deliver. Clearly coming on a ship from China looking at the other reviews. My wife has had a brain injury so this sort of fraud is just despicable. For those who do check Trustpilot first, stay way from them!

I unfortunately ordered a jameson advent calender from them on Noverm 18th. I waited 10 days without any update on delivery (purchase said it would be delivered in 3-5 days), so I decided to enquire as to delay.
They ignored my numerous emails, even when I requested a refund from them. I managed to get a re-claim from my card company, and i'm lucky I did.
The product just arrived (december 12th) tonight and is just bits of plastic in a cardboard box - not the miniature tasting bottles advertised. The sender is from China, not Ireland as stated by the company.

I advise everyone to stay away from this company. I placed two orders for Christmas presents. Have received neither and when I contacted the company for updates they were zero help. I’ve request refunds. No response received. Disgraceful. Stay clear of these.

I ordered dungarees from these 28th July, next day delivery, received confirmation email. No sign of them so I called my bank and they said they tracked the money to netherlands. I got my money back. This morning I received a message from an post about a delivery. Surprise surprise, the tacky and flimsy item arrived, nothing like the photo. Came from Hong Kong. Fake website, scam

I ordered a pair of orthopedic sandals and they said delivery would be 7-10 days. It took nearly 4 weeks to arrive. They are not orthopedic sandals and they are very plasticky and cheap looking, the soles are very thin and can almost feel the ground underneath. Would not recommend this company.

I ordered two pairs of orthopedic sandals three weeks ago. Got confirmation of order and since then nothing. Sent them an email yesterday and today I got an offer of 20% discount if I want to return the product, which I never received.
