Unresponsive, no product received. Wasted 6 weeks of summer with no bike.

After 40 days I still have not received my bike (stated online to ship within 1-2 days). I have tried multiple times per week to communicate with them via email and phone and rarely received any response. In the last 20 days, no response whatsoever. As of 3 weeks ago in their last response, the bike was "being prepared for shipment and ready to go" but since then they went dark and my bike was never received and they stopped responding.
As such, I have raised a claim with my credit card company to investigate this company and return my payment.
Do not order from this company.
