I am a high school student who used an MCAD skill course to learn how to use Inventor to help me design better on Inventor for FRC. Previously, I had tried to learn as I went, which left some gaps in my learning. The courses nicely expanded on my knowledge and helped fill the gaps, while also allowing me to review the basics.

This course was perfect for what I needed. The lessons were direct and to the point, but very thorough. In only a week I went from someone who had never touched Inventor to being extremely competent with my models and design. I will definitely be taking further courses.

I am DaQuan Prince, graduate student at Prairie View A&M University. I am emailing to review the previous courses I've purchased through Udemy. Both of the courses purchased have become extremely useful in the completion of my thesis for graduation. Siemens NX and LS-Dyna, are both software I needed to learn to for my thesis. Through Udemy I have learned how to operate both platforms efficiently. I would recommend Udemy to any student needing to be knowledgeable in a software, and usually at a fair price. Udemy has proved its self "clutch" for those needing to learn a specific subject in a proficient manner.

I was looking for a job as a Mechanical Design Engineer that required the knowledge of Autodesk Inventor. Udemy is always my first stop to learning new skills. This is what brought me to this course. The instructor provides appropriate information on what is needed to learn. The course structure is perfect as it starts from the basic information of different windows in Inventor, then moving on to sketch, modeling, assembly, and also presentation. As a user of Solidworks, it was not at all difficult for me to grasp what had to be known. However, that is not required to know at all, because the instruction and guidance are so clear-cut that anyone planning to enter the world of CAD can understand. This is not like any course that requires you to just watch the videos but it challenges you on the skill that you had learned in a particular section because nothing can improve your skills if it's not practice. With that said, I would highly recommend anyone who has never learned any CAD software and want to learn Inventor then this is your one-stop solution to gain that.

This course i.e.
SolidWorks 2016 Essential Training is really helpful for the beginner in solidworks. This course will teach you the basic knowledge of solidworks. Now I can make simple projects in solidworks. It doesn't matter which version you're using, because almost all the versions are basically the same in basic essentials. I totally recommend you to buy this course.

I wanted to learn Autodesk Inventor from the basics and this course exactly provided that. Thoroughly enjoyed the course.

This course gives and in depth and detailed breakdown of all tools, different scenarions in which you may use certain tools and excellent worked examples and assignments to test your knowledge. Money well spent, think of this course as an investment in yourself and it is by far the best money I have spent!!

It was a good experience learning the course and would advice if anyone what to learn about Auto-CAD this the best place to be.

This course is very useful for beginners to learn sketching ,features, assembly and drafting .we can create complex design through this tutorial its very much useful for students, design engineers.

Asif Ahmed is a very good instructor. He speaks slow and clear. The information is top notch, his downloads work, his examples help me learn. I have learned so much from his courses, I want to take all of them. His courses are helping me do my job better. I recommend these to my co-workers regularly. My only critique is something there is not much to do about. As English is not his first language, he has an accent and wording that YES I did get used to. Thank you Mr. Ahmed, keep up the good work!

I took some SolidWorks courses by Asif Ahmed on Udemy. They are very in-depth and through with the content. What I like most about the courses is that the concepts are in small bite size pieces and you can follow along with the practice files.

Solid works sheetmetal training was laid out in such a way it was very much helpful for me to handle by sheetmetal drawings and the commands which I don’t know how to use was briefly and clearly explained . Great course .
