As a tourist. Stay away
As a tourist, to find out that I can't withdraw cash from the ATM with a regular card that I have used before without problems and have to download this stupid app to b able to get cash... Makes me want to stay away from Portugal... Stupid does not even come closed to describe the people that had this idea

First time used and got ripped off for 165e with lisbon company. Lost my money because this company couldn't care what crooks use it, unlike PayPal credit cards amazon etc. My advice don't use.

This is the worst app and customer support ever made
This is the worst app ever made, trying to login to app, cant do it, reset the password, doesnt work. The only thing they say to me is "you need to change your number for the system to work"

Never ever again!
I used mbway a lot. More or less for all my transactions. But now I will not use it anymore because the support doesn’t want to help. If there is something going wrong in an transaction you will lose your money. I transferred by an mistake money to a wrong number and the number I used doesn’t exist. But yes the support can’t help. What a bad service.
