If at first you don’t succeed try to reach Kate
At first the representative (Caitlyn) told me there wasn’t anything they could do for me but me being the person that I am I wasn’t satisfied so I looked for a solution and when I couldn’t find one I decided to come back to ask for help and this time the second representative (Kate) immediately jumped in to help me out with an exemption. She was very kind and not so dismissive as her counterpart.

I screen record everything i play on mbit and i can assure you they are not quality games, they don't pay out, bonus is a joke. I have a lot of time and money into this and its all recorded. I can without a doubt say they have very low odds of winning and that's any given day. I hope to find a better and actually legit online experience.
