Avoid!!
Avoid. Sent me the wrong dongle even after providing my VIN to verify. They told me they’d refund if I returned it to some random address in Lithuania but the address doesn’t exist and the package turned up back on my doorstep. AVOID!

Scam! No product, money gone!
August 2021 I ordered the decoder, now in 2022 I still haven't received anything! In September I asked where my product went, Elena from the company responded: "I do apologize for the huge delay with this. I have sent another follow-up to our shipping team and hopefully, they can respond with the tracking number. Once I have it here from my end, I will definitely let you know." Every month following, I asked where my decoder was, I received the same answer as above. And after a while I didn't get any answers anymore. 90 euros is a lot of money, the litteraly rob you. Or as we say in Dutch: pure oplichting!

Scam Company
I ordered the Apple CarPlay and Android Auto activation tool for Mercedes and waited over six weeks and never received it. I emailed them three times and they kept saying give it more time. I asked for a replacement shipment or my money back and they have not responded. Company is a scam.

They confirmed the product would work for my car (based on the WIN), but it didn't. They accepted return and should refund, but claim they have never received the returned product.

not refunding my money
they said free international shipping on their site but when i order from them they did not ship the item. i kept sending emails to them many times they said the shipping department is not responding to them. after i wait for 1 month they said no free shipping to my country and i have to pay 50 USD for shipping or i can request refund. i requested a refund now they keep ignoring my emails and they are not refunding my money
