To be very honest, everyone have their own experience but a prompt communication is the key and very important for the success of the company and client satisfaction. Before making any comments or decisions we should look into it. Individual can have a good or bad experience with any company but it doesn’t mean that we give them low rating. I am with MB accounting since 18 years and using their all services like accounting, POS, real estate etc. The reason is their helpful hand and knowledge to customize my need as per my requirements. They are always beyond my expectations if you talk they understand and accommodate to make it possible.
The owners, all the staff is really professional, experienced, helpful and courteous.
I know my colleagues and friends who are not satisfied with their accountants, looking for good accountant, no one is perfect but you’ve to sit together and resolve, never assume to get 100%, unless you share and discuss to get the best.
