When I went online looking for information about helping my business grow i found it here

I only had Mazuma for the free trial so I cannot attest to a long term usage of the service. However, the reason I decided to move on was because it was not as user friendly as Quickbooks and other accounting services I have used. I did not understand how to categorize my transactions which is super important. This could have been user error: when I asked for help on this: the answer wasn't too clear to me. So again, may have been me or may be the service themselves.

Mazuma makes my business financial life simple and organized. They let me know when its tome to file and any other event I need to be aware of.

So glad I used Mazuma. They made the whole process easy to understand. Thanks mazuma!

I was introduced to Mazuma USA once I started my business and thankfully I was! They have competitive rates and offer free resources and calls with a tax expert if you want some more clarity before joining! I haven’t had any issues with Mazuma! give them a try!

Save yourself the hassle and time.

a total scam. They do not offer any guidance, direction, updates, anything to help you navigate financial and tax obligations. They took my $90 a month for 18 months and never so much as called me. They refuse to use my third party bookkeeping application. When I submitted Excel spreadsheets with my itemized is expenses They kicked it right back out. Asking for further clarification. Never sent any emails to me. Never bothered to call me to let me know of upcoming due dates. Never spoke with a licensed CPA once even though I asked for one on multiple occasions. I will be My experience to the IRS as well. Hopefully they will be able to do a fraud investigation.I owe thousands more than I should to the IRS now. You would be better off flushing your money down the toilet then paying for this.

started working with them not long ago but they seem a bit sketchy and all the bad reviews here are the same about them taking long to respond.

Just started with Mazuma and things have been fine so far but things seem a bit complicated.

They always make sure everything i need is taken care of and are always eager to answer any questions i may have !

I have been relatively pleased with Mazuma. I started my first small business at the beginning of this year, and the advice and guidance I have received from Mazuma has been helpful, although sometimes it takes a few people to get the answers to my questions. Today, Danielle was especially helpful in my bookkeeping challenges and setting me up with a tax consultation. She was great! However, it can be hit or miss.

I'm trying to do everything correct as a small business owner, and I submitted all the necessary documents for my business and my personal tax return 5-months ago!!

Back on July 5th when I asked for an update on my taxes they told me I can expect this to be completed in 4-weeks... 9-weeks later and I hear nothing but that the team is working on it. Keep in mind this is a very simple and straight-forward tax return.
