Firstly, their customer support is exceptional. Whenever I had an issue or question, their support team was there to help me out immediately. They were friendly, knowledgeable.
Secondly, the quality of their services is outstanding. I was blown away by the lack of lag on their servers. I've used other hosting companies in the past, and lag has always been an issue, but not with AMHost. The gameplay was smooth, seamless, and uninterrupted.
