My first time buying a dress for a special occasion online. Must admit I was nervous. Everything turned out perfect!

Wrong item and no refund.
I waited a lot for the delivery and then when I finally got the dress they sent me the wrong item, I ordered a midi dress and I got a maxi one just 3 days before my event. I had to manage to get another dress from a different place. Then I requested a full refund and still wating for them to come back to me to tell me when can I get this.
Very dissapointed with the service in general.

I am so sad to write this but I have experienced such terrible customer service, I have never seen anything like it.
I am currently still £236 out of pocket meaning they still owe me £236 for returned articles.
The articles were returned as they arrived but because of a technical fault on their side my returns parcel is now lost.
I have lost £236 and they absolutely do not care at all, they do not respond to your emails unless you say you will enforce action and even then they apparently can't do anything to help it is down to me the customer to find the parcel with Evri and sort it out.
So very unprofessional, which is such a shame as my bridesmaids loved the dresses they just came up the wrong size so we were going to order 7 different sized dresses...
Now we're out of pocket with no dresses at all and a lot of frustration.
Even before we ordered dresses the samples took two months to turn up as they kept "getting lost in the post" strange how I've never had anything lost in the post before and now everything they send me gets lost...
Also paid for next day delivery on a Tuesday and it wasn't even dispatched on the Friday, I emailed them to ask what was going on and all of a sudden they dispatched the order but in the wrong colours...
So all in all I'm extremely disappointed as I loved the dresses but they have kept our money and don't have the stock to warrant our new order anyway...
And to top it off they did reply today, saying I have no common sense! I am truly shocked!

Slow & no updates
Still no delivery unfortunately and tracking hasnt updated in almost 2 weeks.. I sent customer service a message but haven’t received a response after a few days - perhaps won’t be ordering again due to time taken and lack of updates.

Unacceptable customer service.
I’ve ordered the dress from this seller, than I’ve sent the dress for exchange, all procedure took more than 1 month time. I didn’t get my dress back, I didn’t get money back, I didn’t receive any response from the seller. I’ve claimed for refund, cause I’ve done this purchase through PayPal, hopefully they will resolve this problem.
The quality of dress is good, but the customer service is absolutely unacceptable. I’ve never been in such situation, when the seller just ignore you.
