I ordered sheets. Customer service notified me they were going to be on back order but received them before the date they gave me.

Ordered a batch of hair dryers Oct 1, 2021. It's now January 5, 2022 and still no hairdryers. No word, no updates, nothing.

Sure there have been supply chain bottlenecks but after 3 months this is ridiculous -- especially since there has been virtually no support from customer service. The last word I got from them was "shipping mid-December." Well that has come and gone long ago, and still not a word from them. No follow up, no status, nothing. Now they are not even replying to my emails.

I've been patient long enough. Seems like the only thing Mayfair is good at is collecting my money.

I ordered a bell man's cart about 30 days ago and still haven't received it. I have inquired about a shipping date and while the responses have been timely, they can't give me an estimated shipping window. My credit card was charged at the time of the order, so this item has been paid for now for some time.

Size was not as advertised and no return policy was a huge disappointment.

I do no think this is Mayfair's fault, but I ordered fitted sheets about 2 weeks ago and I have not received them. Everything else I have ordered from them has been as described and the shipment was quick. There prices are good as I do not have to order multiple dozens as I have only 12 rooms in my Inn.

Service received from Nadia, Jessica and one other customer service rep, she had been there 3 months, was excellent!

Though there were several issues with the order such as incorrect address, incomplete shipping, the customer service provided over shadowed any problems.

Would highly recommend Mayfair Hotel Supply!

I have yet to receive my product and it's been over a month...I received an email that said December for a delivery date...I understand with covid but almost 4 months for shipping seems a little unreal

Your ordering items is very hard to figure out. Having no return labels is a pain.

We stayed at a very, very nice Spa and resort. It was so nice, I really wanted to bring home some of the nicer amenities. When we returned home I Googled all the products and it took me to MayFairHotelSupply. I researched my favorite products. Ordered them, and they were promptly delivered, and were of course exactly what I was looking for. Great products, service and value!

Ordered supplies online, promptly received notice of order & was informed of delivery date, very helpful & was within 1 day of what was told to me.

The order I placed was to arrive in time for my event. The date to receive the order was changed thus it never arrived.
