Both the shop and on line service are excellent. Online orders arrived beautifully packed, arrived on the date stated and included a packet of sweets(Thank you, Terry!) I will continue to be a customer of Maybugs both in the shop and on line as the variety of items are very good value-espcially if you are looking for something a bit different.

Having broken my Winnie the Pooh bell I was gutted, I went straight on line to search for somewhere I could get a replacement and up popped Maybugs. Ordering was so simple and received it today. When I opened the parcel out popped some sweets, I thought what a nice touch.I then removed the bubble wrap to find it had been beautifully wrapped and you could see a lot of care had gone it to. I also love the fact it told me who had packet it as well .Absolutely first class service and I am so happy I have got a replacement bell. Thank you so much Terry. 😀 what a great business 1st class service. Highly Recommend

Ordered the Teabag Jellycat from their website and despite the fact they had website issues which wasn’t their fault, they was able to ship this out so quickly to me and it came beautifully wrapped with a pack of haribos which was a nice suprise. Thanks so much.

Maybugs is my go to for the Inis brand which I love. These products are priced extremely fairly compared to other outlets and are frequently offered at sale prices. I have made purchases on a few occasions and each time my items have been beautifully packaged and arrived within just a day or two of ordering. In my most recent order which was packed so thoughtfully by Netty there was a wee treat bag of Haribo - a lovely touch! Wonderful customer care - I will be back! Huge thanks to all at Maybugs.

Made my first ever Jellycat purchase from this lovely shop online. After searching through facebook recommendations(there are a lot of scam jellycat sites!), I found Maybugs, who had both JCs I wanted (one had just been retired and out of stock to many other retailers). I placed my order and within a few days, my JCs had arrived, beautifully packed. Highly recommend and will deal with again (for another JC purchase!!)

Received my order in a timely manner. Very well packed. But i very doubt the authenticity. I have ordered difuser products over £80, few of them were bought as gifts. Unfortunately, they differ from the original, smell nothing alike when i buy from the original source, smells of flavoured alcohol. The items were on sale, perhaps thats the reason... Therefore, with a huge disappointment i cannot recommend, nor i will ever be buying from them again.

What a lovely find! I was searching for a particular Jellycat and found this site, within minutes of ordering it was on its way and arrived the next day! Beautifully hand-packed with a human touch. I've read up about the store and it all seems so charming and lovely, I wish I lived nearer so I could visit in person!
