It's a fake online company, got cheated with them as I have booked jacket for my better half on 15th Oct and it's 8th nov now I didn't receive yet no response from them no tracking was provided they said it's there local delivery service but no tracker provided. Don't get scammed be aware,be careful from such online business scammers

Please do not order from these I ordered a dress for my wife over a month agoI emailed them and they emailed back saying it’s been dispatched I have contacted my bank to get a refund and get in touch with them as it’s still not arrived nothing but a scam

Absolutely dreadful company. The item never arrived and when I contacted customer support for a refund they never responded.

I wouldn't think of myself as gullible but buying from this company proved me wrong. I ordered a coat on the 6th of October and apparently was delivered on the 31st but no sign of it anywhere. They were great at answering emails until it was supposedly delivered and now nothing. Thankfully it was just £35 and not more and raised a dispute through my bank so got the money back but still 😠 Do not purchase anything from this company!!

Once you have ordered and paid that’s probably the last you will hear from them.

I was sent a snivelling email as to why there had been a delay on my order and that’s the last I’ve heard from them despite trying to contact them. Unlike the name suggests they are not based in UK but in America.

This is a deplorable SCAM…. They should be removed from trading (and tracked so as not to simply reopen under a different name)
Hopefully these people will end up in prison.

This is a company linked to scamming as is the 57 track courier that they purport to use. Informed after a long wait for an item that it had been delivered. No delivery received. Fortunately not a large sum but I will be opening a dispute with my bank to get money back. Mayberry London? The arse end of nowhere! Buyer beware.

I ordered some boots several weeks ago and no site of them what a horrible company this is steer clear everybody there scammers.

Wouldn’t give it any stars if able. This company is a disgrace. I really wished I’d have checked reviews before ordering. This is the last time I will order anything of internet unless they’re a decent company. I spent £50 for a leather jacket, I’m in the same position as all the other customers. No replies to emails, tracking no didn’t work. As I paid with credit card I’m hopeful I can get my money back. Please no one use this company they’re a disgrace

Scam company. Start off with emails saying they will let you know all along the way about your order , then disappear after a few fake emails

This company is trading under false pretences. I don't believe they stock any goods at all. Fortunately I lost a small amount of money but trading standards should be informed and the sites closed down.

Less than one star, I’m the same as all the other comments,, DO NOT TOUCH THIS SITE, luckily mine was only for £24.95 for pair of shoes, no contact but has a cheek to send emails offering more discounts,
Will claim money back as paid with credit card.

Ordered a pair boots 23rd October, no uidate, no tracking available & no response to my email. This company should not be allowed to trade!! I have reported in the hope others will not be scammed like me!

Their website looks all gloss and glamour but like other reports I followed tracking which said delivered to a neighbour 1/11/2026
Sent umpteen emails, left messages …
Never took myself as this gullible and will stick to all the well knowns from now on…

Ordered boots 9 Oct....not received even though tracking says delivered....sent emails,left voice msgs but still no order..DO NOT USE....read reviews...I wish I had!!

Do not buy anything from this company.
After a month of chasing an order, it has still not been delivered, despite tracking saying it has. The company are now ignoring my emails. Disgraceful service.

I ordered a blazer from this company on the 7th of October which I still haven’t received when I go into the shipping details. There is nothing there. I have tried to phone and left a voicemail and I’ve sent numerous messages to which I’ve had no response do not shop with this company. They are a cowboy firm.

I have ordered 2 jumpers costing £62 . I ordered 3rd of October 26, they did email back which for a bit reassuring me, but it was just a stall. I haven't received anything and no response from them now. It's a SCAM. Don't even go there . Really a 0 on rating. Someone should stop them .

If I could give it 0 I would. Ordered a £50 order a month ago and its now saying delivered when it hasn't been delivered. Nobody is responding to my emails, i am fuming. Dont bother ordering from here!
