Mayan Drive Car Rental is my go to place when I need a rental car in Mexico. Fair priced reliable vehicles. The service was second to none. The car was delivered to my condo as I requested at no extra charge prompt and on time and when it came time for me to give up the car, they came to my condo to pick it up. That is great customer service and convenience. Courteous friendly staff, and they delivered what they promised. Couldn’t ask for more. Top quality rental agency. No hassles , no surprises like some of the big players in the market.

This rental company was the best to deal with. They met us at the airport. Took us directly to our car and helped with the bags. After a couple of days we decided we needed something bigger, and they delivered a Jeep to our rental house with no extra charge. The Jeep was perfect. On our departure we were met at the airport with no problems at all. We will rent from this company when we return. They are very trustworthy and reliable. No extra charges. We paid what was quoted to us from the start. The people were wonderful to deal with.

Mario replies quickly to any questions and offers interesting perks such as a free van rental with chauffeur for a night. Been with him for many years and never disappointed.

The entire car rental process is easy with Mayan Drive . Super friendly and always helpful with quick responses to questions . What’s App messages are best . Good cars (not brand new!) , delivered on time and with a smile . Totally different experience than with the big names like Hertz etc …. And we are using a local organisation who really care about their customers . Victor , I give you ten out of ten for customer care !

Courteous, on time with both delivery and pick up (they do deliver and pickup at your convenience/location). No hassle. Good pricing, especially when you consider the “extras” that other rentals charge for items included in their quote.

Preferred vehicle not always available, but this was my third time and I will continue to use them as needed.

Our arranged car was there at the airport when we arrived and we were driven right to our door and handed the car keys. Within a couple of weeks the battery failed and was replaced with a new one within hours. When we left to return home the car was returned at the airport with no problem. We have had the same impeccable service for many years now.

I am very happy with my experience with Mayan Drive. Their personnel are pleasant and very responsive. Rates are competitive. They deliver to and pick up cars from my home. I had a flat tire once and they responded in a jiffy to get the car and it was returned to me same day. I have had a couple of rentals from them that were rather high mileage. I would be sure to inquire about the age and mileage of the car to be provided. But in general, my experience has been excellent.

They were quick to book my car, delivered clean and in perfect condition. Even got an upgrade since the original one was still being checked over. Unfortunately a few days later I got into a crash (not my fault). Still they helped me out, even on a Sunday, and gave me a different car that same day after making sure I was okay.

Working with Mayan Drive was such a positive experience and added to our enjoyment of our trip. They were great at communicating with us, made the process so easy, and even offered recommendations of things to see and how to improve our travel plans. Our driver, Victor, was wonderful! There was a little language barrier, but that was our fault, and we still enjoyed our conversations with him. He was very kind and generous and made our visit to Uxmal so much more memorable. I highly recommend Mayan Drive without reservation, and big thanks to Victor for being such an excellent host!!!!

We rented a car for a couple days to visit the coast and various Mayan sites. The car was great, price was reasonable, and the delivery/pick up service made it super convenient. It was also very easy to set up the rental via email.

Great service, great communication, good car. Our Subaru was delivered to us at our Merida hotel (when we checked out) so that we could explore cenotes & then head to Sisal. We were able to return the car directly to the airport.

This co. provides reliable and friendly service at all stages of a rental including reception upon arrival at the airport, transportation to home, quick service upon vehicle problem (rare) and convenient transportation back to airport at end of rental period. Cars are always clean and reliable.

Mario is very attentive to customers special requests.
His rates are very competitive.
