Good connectivity specially in Dubai were I am getting 1TB/sec internet speed.

Great support and great service. Used in several countries already with no connection issues and easy top up.

I think the customer support is very good. The agents are always super attentive and proactive, genuinely listen and empathise with your situation, and are very fast to provide a solution. I'm really impressed

How hard can it be? You sell e-SIMs but rely on a daft Whatsapp AI chatbot with limited options. It’s impossible to speak to a customer service representative for simple queries or billing issues.
Stay well clear of this incredibly amateurish company – I’ve never come across anything like it!!!!

I have been a Maya Mobile customer for approximately one year and regularly paid for their service, but my recent experience with their support has been extremely disappointing.

I tried to renew my existing eSIM, but Maya's payment system would not allow the transaction to complete. I tried multiple cards, browsers, devices and connections.

One of Maya's own support agents then tried to add the plan manually and charge my saved payment method from their side, and the payment failed for them as well.

My case was repeatedly escalated to the Billing Team, but nobody contacted me with a solution. I explained several times that the internet connection was urgently needed for work and that I was actively trying to pay for the service.

Instead of resolving the payment problem, my account was eventually disabled, which now prevents me from even logging in and attempting the payment again.

What is particularly frustrating is that a similar payment problem happened to me previously, and I also did not receive the promised Billing follow-up.

I was a loyal customer who simply wanted to pay and continue using the service. The lack of ownership and effective support when something goes wrong has been very disappointing.

The absolute best eSim I have ever used, Maya eSim has been my favourite during the recent 3 or 4 years. Their eSim never failed me, and their support team has impressed me with their speedy response.
I am Jordan, live in the Middle East, I contacted them via WhatsApp after midnight (their time), and my issue was resolved in less than 15 minutes.
I truly love their service, and will never stop using their eSims when I travel.

Maya mobile kept me connected in Canada! I do have roaming with my carrier here in the United States but it’s just not enough high-speed data to have a long video chat with someone or to watch a video. However, with Maya Mobile, I basically had unlimited connection, even though the speeds were reduced to 10 Mbps being a high data user. I still could watch a video in 1080 HD without any issue. Also the cool thing about maya mobile is you don’t have to turn on data roaming because it basically uses data like you’re domestic and the ping speed is lower which makes things load a lot faster. I highly recommend using them if you need unlimited data just know that you will be reduced after 3 GB to 10 Mbps but it still should give you enough to stream HD.

I got caught out one year when I went away for longer than 2 weeks and thought I'd just keep buying a holiday roaming weekly package but ran out of data and couldn't add any more. Now I used Maya eSIMs and know exactly what I'm spending and get unlimited data.

Excellent customer services too when I forgot my password and didn't cancel and was charged an extra month. Customer services rep was on WhatsApp straight away and sorted it out and send me a refund within minutes.

Will definitely be using every time I go abroad.
