They have really failed big time - again!

They have really failed big time across old and new leases. My daughter paid out a lease earlier to get a new car on a new novated lease. They are still taking money and paying the old financier 2 months later and say it's her problem to get it back from the bank. What the??
And they've charged her around $560 for management fee in the last pay cycle. It should be $23. She spends hours on the phone to sort it out and each time someone makes it worse by not completing tasks assigned to wrap things up.
They are staffed by incompetents!

The wait times are absolutely…

The wait times are absolutely appalling. Every time I have tried to call lately, I have been on hold for over an hour... currently 1 hr 23 minutes!!!!! I took the excuse before the end of the financial year you were busy trying to get everyone's financial matters settled before the end of the financial year but what is the excuse now... I am calling yet again about a mistake made to my salary packaging... I am sure you wouldn't have half of the calls if things were processed properly in the first place. If we had another salary packaging company to choose from I would be gone in a flash and from the other reviews on here I am guessing that the majority of your clients would also. In the customer service department you fail plus plus plus!!!!!!!

the WORST customer service (?) ever

the WORST customer service (?) ever. On hold for over 6 hours this week to correct an error Maxxia made (just the little issue of them over reporting over 200k of FBT so that I received a hefty tax bill).
Could get anyone to return a call

Avoid them

Had a car through work as needed for the job role. Handed the car back, which was 3 years old, and had 44,000 on the clock.
As seen in another review, they expected it to be show room condition. I was sent a final bill, which, after looking at it, wondered what they had been smoking this week.
I have raised a complaint with the ombudsman as I don't agree with what they are saying.
I have used other leasing companies in the past and never had any problems or asking for money.
I think they need to wake up to reality

2 hours wait time for calls w no acton and 0 care factor

2 hours wait time for calls no call back option. i Called Monday waited 1 hour 54 min as cap increase did not update, Hugh said he would call me back as he could not get a hold of the right dept. He did not call me back rather just sent me a statement to my email which i didnt request or need. Called again waited 1 hour 43 min to be put on hold again then when she returned to call the call disconnected on her end, she did not bother calling me back knowing i was calling about the same issue i rung for on Monday. 4 hours wasted and issue still remains unresolved effecting my salary package entitlements

Avoid Maxxia

Avoid Maxxia , Claims go unpaid for months, then disappear off the app and require resubmitting, including all supporting documents, excasebating the annoyance at not having your money reimbursed you're then forced to scour for months old receipts to resubmit ( surely they have the previously submitted documents ) , emails not responded to requiring follow up, and still no resolution to unpaid claims, avoid this company lest you endure the frustrations I am experiencing

Woeful customer service.

Do not lease your vehicle through Maxxia, the customer service is non existent. If you want to talk to customer service it takes at least 40 minutes of being on hold until you get to talk to someone. When I transferred out of Maxxia to another lease company Maxxia did not release my funds for over 6 weeks, and I could not speak to anyone who knew what they were talking about. Woeful experience all round. Do not lease a car through Maxxia.

BE WARNED

BE WARNED.
They will expect the car back in showroom condition and massively overcharge for any repairs. I am entering a complaint with the BVRLA for their application of 'fair wear and tear'. Having had the car for 4 years and driven it for nearly 50,000 miles they picked on every mark they could find.

Terrible, disappointing, appalling

We sold our car, paid out our contract nearly 2 months ago. Despite this Maxxia keep withdrawing from our account each fortnight causing us financial hardship. Despite numerous phone calls to stop the withdrawals nothing has been done to stop it. We now have to seek legal advice as Maxxia are now about to withdraw funds for the fourth fortnight since we sold the car.
