I definitely don’t mean to slander this company. I have used this rebate website many times. I have been using it since March last year, and I got paid once. I am very happy.
After I hadn't used it for a while, when I tried to withdraw money again, I was prompted to show the email and proof of payment for the transaction at that time. That was an order last year. I struggled to find the email and my bank card statement from that time, but I was told that my account still couldn't be released. They said that the bank card statement couldn't prove that I completed the purchase.
Is this a joke? I've already paid, and I still can't prove whether I completed the transaction? Listen to what they say. This is simply making things difficult for us ordinary people who use it normally. They are using their rights and responsibilities to prevent us from paying. I am very angry and need an explanation, otherwise I will not withdraw this comment. I have provided everything I can provide. I have been very cooperative and should not get such a result.
Update: Then I have nothing to say. You want me to provide something I don't have. Do you want me to do magic for you? I can't do it. If you say it's not difficult, what kind of formalism is it? I will keep this comment and will not use your account again, I will ask my friends not to use it, if a rebate network can not even do basic respect for customers, and need to verify orders for more than a year, then such a website is not used.

Every version of their service is unresponsive or buggy, they don't keep their affiliated companies and offers up to date, and they're wholly incompetent yet passive-aggressive in addressing any of these issues.
For some reason, they have disabled my account with the cashback. Let's wait for the answer (I sent an email today) to find out what's going on.
But anyway, even without any notices, disable accounts - I hope a lot of people will see this review and choose a different platform for the cashback.
PS: Get an answer from this site. They ask for order confirmations... from orders made more than 4 years ago. Are you serious, guys?
PPS: After posting this review, my account was unfrozen. Still have my 2$ to withdraw :)
So, mb will use it in the future.
MaxRebates has more Cashout Options than Rakuten. MaxRebates allow ACH deposit, Direct Bank Deposit, and even Wire Transfer for Large withdrawals of money. Overall, MaxRebates is a Good Platform that I recommend for anyone to use. Thank you.
I didnt really like that they lowered my sign up bonus out of nowhere

I moved into a house that needed to be furnished, so I had to make some big purchases.
I found a few items on TEMU, and right before I clicked to place the order, I decided to check if someone offered a higher cashback (I usually use Rakuten).
That’s when I found MaxRebates. What a mistake!
It happened on March 9th. While everything was still in my cart, I did some research, signed up, received a confirmation email, found TEMU on their website, clicked to be transferred to the site, and then paid for everything. I know how this process works, and I did everything the right way.
I waited to see the cashback, but nothing appeared (I made two more purchases on TEMU in the next few days, again through their system).
They recommend waiting 7 days. After 10 days, I decided to submit a claim. When I clicked on that option, it showed a list of dates to choose from regarding the purchase date. Surprisingly, March 9th wasn’t listed! I also noticed it said under my name “a member since March 10th,” but when I checked my email, I found the registration confirmation from them on March 9th, welcoming me, etc.
Next, I checked the cashback for a purchase I made on March 13th. Guess what? The date didn’t appear either! I found a list of dates I visited TEMU but didn’t make a purchase, and the days I did purchase were nowhere to be found! Such a coincidence!
I emailed the support team to explain everything, wondering if there might be an issue with the system... time zone differences, maybe?
The answer I got was: "We are sorry. If you don’t see the date, there is no other way to submit a claim." What?! That’s exactly my issue!! Where have these dates disappeared? Another answer I got was: “Maybe you didn’t properly log in.” Reread the the first detailed part - what I didn't do properly in the process?
Too late for me but I found other reviews online describing claims being denied for different reasons, checks that weren't received, friend referral bonuses that weren’t updated... and payouts that were never sent for various reasons. They all have something in common – weird excuses that you can’t argue with or prove, and no money received by anyone.
What’s frustrating is that it was a few hundred dollars' worth of purchases, and I could have gotten some money back through Rakuten. Now, I’ve got ZERO.

Decided to try this site because they promised 11.7% cash back when Rakuten only offered 6% cash back. At first, my shopping trip did not show my purchase. Emailed them and they told me to go through "Missing Cash Back" on their site. After I went through that with my paid receipt from Lumens... they denied the claim without any explanation. Stick with Rakuten, RetailMeNot or TopCashBack even if they offer less cash back because they are reputable

I could never find where to upload receipts, although the information I read in a promotion said that maxrebates.com would allow cash back on up to five per month.

Similar to other cashback and rebate apps, except they are prompt in responding to questions, (of which I had a ton!!) %stars for me so far.
they say they are giving me more cash than any other site.
I have been informed by you that I got the rebate, but I failed when I wanted to withdraw cash. I was prompted to contact you, but I sent two emails, all of which fell into the sea. What's going on? Please give me a reply.

Seems to me like they are using a fake order number that I need to verify in order to get my cash back out of their site. Definitely feels like a scam company.
I have cashed out multiple thousands of dollars from other more reputable cash back sites. This is the first time I have ever had a problem getting cashback out of a site before.
Edit: This issue was not resolved. I believe you require people to verify their account with a fake order number you provide that does not match the transaction they used your cash back service for. In doing so I can't verify this transaction because it does not match my order number.

I applied for cash withdrawal on the platform, but I could not withdraw cash, so I need to contact the customer service, but I sent them an email, and I waited for several days, but they did not reply to me.

Great program, highest rebates and fast redemptions! Best program there is!
Cashback literally takes years to process. I thought it was a scam at first, due to the shoddy nature of the site, but whilst it technically isn't, I got so frustrated with it I just closed my account and wrote off nearly ten pounds (GBP) because it was such an utter nightmare to navigate. By the time you've actually received the cashback you're owed you've spent hours trying to login so it isn't worth it. Also customer services are quite rude and unable to address basic points because they have a definite air of "if you don't like it, leave". So I did. But I get the strong feeling that about half the revenue of this site comes from people like me just abandoning accounts through frustration. Which according to them, is what I agreed to in the terms and conditions instead of accepting my request of giving my remaining balance to charity.
I've not come across many outfits this unprofessional in years.
Update:
According to the below response:
"You used harsh language in your initial email"
Well, here's that email in full, judge for yourselves..
"Hi,
I signed up to your site as you seem to be the only ones offering cashback on Brittany Ferries in the UK.
Unfortunately, I've found the site to be an absolute nightmare to use, from the login page not registering a login and just refreshing whenever you enter your email and password, to the verification on seemingly every page that is about as clear as mud and doesn't even stipulate you need to make sure you're using capitals even if you can make out the really unclear illustration in it.
Is there any way I can just shut my account down and get the cashback owed please? Because the amount of time I'm wasting simply trying to login to your site is making the whole thing not worthwhile.
I appreciate that a certain aspect of this business is the revenue obtained through customers forgetting about their accounts and the money somehow therefore is claimed by the business, but making it deliberately impossible to use a site isn't really acceptable as is clearly the case with maxrebates. I've been trying to login for months and never have done it once without severe trouble.
All the best,
Rob"
So, publicly lying and trying to manipulate the readers of this site that I am somehow throwing around unacceptable "harsh language" and that's why they're doing nothing to help?
What kind of outfit is this?!
And also, anyone who's attempted to use the site knows you get an instant welcome bonus of $10, so the fact they're publicly disclosing my exact cashback amounts on here is not only inappropriate, it's also incorrect.

Easy site to navigate.
Time will tell if they payout as promised on my first purchase.
Edit: Admin just notified me that I will receive zero compensation for this review because it is not glowing.
I have used Rakuten (even before it was Rakuten), AAShopping, and several other portals for years and years with very little trouble. I made a purchase via MaxRebates because of the perceived payout on a site that the others didn't carry. I figured it wouldn't hurt to try it. There is a NINETY DAY waiting period. I received notification that my payout was available. Joke's on me. I tried. Max was $100 (on > $300 payout). It "failed." I contacted support and got a runaround about how it's a security thing. BULL. I had to go through all sorts of verifications to PROVE MY INITIAL PURCHASE. WHAT!@#$?!@# Well I did that and everything is still on hold. It shows the payout amount but won't let me actually get the payout. This is now almost 5 months since my purchase.
I will report them, I will file a demand letter, and I will tell everyone I know about this experience. It may not hurt them in the short term but I'll get them, even if I have to call my lawyer family member in.
