The implementation was delivered by Maxoptra's Chris Ford. He was thorough, informative, adaptive and extremely helpful.
Maxoptra isn't a system that you adapt your business around, Maxoptra is a system that adapts itself to you business.
With the level of expertise that their implementation staff hold you very quickly see the software mould into something that effortlessly slots into place and gets to work.
If like me you watched many promo's online before contacting and you aren't sure it would be a fit for your business, I strongly recommend that it's worth a phone call/email to their team to see how it can adapt for you.

I would go as far as saying Max Optra has completely changed the way we operate when it comes to routing. Max Optra can be tailored to your individual business needs. We have been manually routing for years and Max Optra saves us so much time and money. Cannot wait for the vehicle checks to be added. We also use their Truck Navigation partner Sygic which means everything is all on one device.
Also the customer service and aftercare you receive is 10/10. Chris always comes straight back to us and makes changes or solves anything we need adjusting.
Overall highly recommended.

I am a website developer, and have integrated MaxOptra into two sites now, creating customer portals to interface with MaxOptra's API. The experience has been very positive, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their software.
From a developer's point of view, their API is very well documented and supported. Any questions I've had have been answered without delay, and they have always gone out of their way to assist with what I'm trying to achieve - even if that's meant making tweaks to their software!
Developers looking to integrate logistics functionality (e.g. delivery tracking) into their clients' websites need look no further!

We were a little dubious changing the way we routed our vehicles and moving to MaxOptra was a new concept for us.
However, we are extremely happy that we decided to onboard with MaxOptra and the customer journey has been great ever since. Chris Ford our implementation manager has been a great help. He has always been at the end of the phone or email whenever we need him. He has sorted some issues for us when we have made mistakes and has guided us through how to get the most out of MaxOptra.
Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to save time and money on route planning aswell as improving their customer experience.

Progressive forward looking company who are constantly looking to improve their product. They also provide sterling customer service with an integration manager who really knows the product and helps adapt it to suit your requirements. Follow up service is amazing too. We're a year in and still receive regular contact and product improvements.

Currently using the Maxoptra service to route as well as the Maxoptra drivers app. Great software to use, simple and very user friendly. The support team are brilliant.. as soon as an issue has occurred, they've fixed it in no time. I've been doing a lot of development work recently to launch our EPOD and Chris Ford has been amazing in assisting me daily! Can't fault Maxoptra or their team at all!

The initial demo was informative and the consultation process following that was quick and efficient. Both Jack (our initial contact) and then Chris (who managed the process afterwards) were both knowledgeable, friendly, approachable and patient. Maxoptra - your ultimate solution for delivery planning.
Northside Truck & Van Ltd had been using system for last 6 months but dealing with Maxoptra is longer and I wish all online based system providers were as good as them. Their planning online system has solution for each option needed within delivery department. Their implementation period, development of our business settings was a walk in a park. Their friendly and prompt staff. What else do you need while your business goes thru mayor change.
In a respect to their software - I can not thing of anyone who would resist to not use it. We love it and people who seen it are very impressed by what result it can deliver.
If you think do or not - the only question should be when.
