my gosh, cant get answers from them. just generic emails. its been 4 months on 2 separate orders..one has tracking the other is still stuck in their logistics department in shenzhing.

I ordered mid March , after countless emails , which none were answered, i made a dispute through my bank one month ago which wasn’t progressing much either .. Finally today I received my paint by numbers after four months .. I understand there’s a pandemic and customs are very slow , however I learnt my lesson I won’t order from this company again , communication is zero !!! Very disappointed !!!!

I too placed an order in April and still haven't received anything. They emailed once to say it was on the way (which it wasn't) but have heard nothing since. All my emails and enquiries have been ignored. I realise that the situation is difficult with the Coronavirus, but they should still keep customers informed of what is going on. Nice products but disastrous customer service!

Ordered in March, still haven't received my order. I received one email response from the "company" but haven't had any correspondence since, even after sending a few follow up emails regarding the whereabouts of my order.
Illegitimate company, waste of money.

I beg you, don't buy from this company! Total rip off. Never received my painting. I finally received an email 3 months after emailing them it would arrive in the next few days and it still has not arrived!!! I ordered back in March 2020!! I am so cranky!!! Normally I read reviews before buying anything it's the first time I didn't.

Placed order on March 31. Still haven’t received anything. I should have looked at their Better Business Bureau rating before placing the order. I won’t make that mistake again. I’ll be reporting this company for fraud everywhere I can.

I wouldn't even give Max Novelty one star. Never, never order anything from this company. It has been over 4 months and still have not received my order. A total ripoff .

If I could rate them a zero, I would! I ordered 3 paintings in April and still haven’t received them. Numerous times I’ve tried to contact the company to inquire about my order. I’ve never received any response. If you like throwing your money away, then by all means by some paintings from them but if you actually enjoy painting, I would look elasewhere.

Should be rated zero - ordered $67AUD 2 X framed art paint-by-numbers kits late March - received bogus tracking numbers that didn't work; emails saying it would arrive within 2-6 weeks (in May) and despite monthly email complaints, have received nothing. In June, stopped responding to my complaints & emails.
SCAM

This company needs to be rated ZERO!!! Ordered March 30, money taken out March 31. Still NO product and no satisfaction through email complaints/ requests. I’m usually so good about reading reviews..... What a maddening joke.

I ordered a paint kit on April 15th and was immediately charged $19.95 to my card. It is now July 11th and I have not received anything from this bogus scam company! They got my money for nothing in return. They say to track the item but they have a bogus tracking system. I wrote to customer service about five times oh, finally received a response saying they were tied up due to covid-19 and things were stuck in customs. This is not true as I've since April 15th ordered from China and received the items in 2 weeks! Do not order from Max novelty unless you want to lose all of your money!!!

This company is a scam. I have reached to them three times. I have received tracking numbers that are fake—they go nowhere. I have not received my products. I ordered in March. Do not purchase from this company!!

I would give them a zero star review if I could. Ordered an item 2 1/2 months ago. Every time I contact them I get another excuse. Requested my money back and now get no response at all. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. Placed my order on 4/20 and still waiting. I've sent countless email's to them, with no answer. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

This company is a complete joke and scam. DO NOT order from them.

I ordered a painting on 4th April. They charged my credit card in usd 19.95. It is July 10th and I still haven’t received anything. I have emailed them but have not received a reply. Scammers. They give the impression of being in the US and charge in USD. But address is Hong Kong. Save your money and disappointment and do NOT order from this company. This is putting me off buying online unless a local business. Be warned.

Terrible Service and Experience

I ordered 2 PBN's for my daughter April 4, 2020 and it is now July 9, 2020 and I still have not received it. I have reached out via email multiple times. I was lucky to get 1 response back with a tracking number finally (on June 9) and when I went to track the order, the site said the order cannot be found! I reached out to let them know my tracking number does not work and I did not hear back from them (June 22 & July 6). I have sent yet another email today (July 9), so we'll see if they respond or give me an actual tracking number. I understand volume is high due to COVID, but 3 months is quite excessive when everything else I order online from every other company can get it delivered within a month of ordering! I will never order from this company again! I am trying to get a refund, but again, they don't seem to answer emails and their website does not provide a phone number. The tracking site said to call 953-3883...well that's nice, no area or country code??

Ordered an item back in April and yet to receive anything nor get any response from emails!! Gna do all I can to put an end to this!!
