I ordered and paid for two tyres on youshipped my order through DPD on 18th November, it is now 30th November and the tyre have still not been delivered.
The latest news from DPD is that they dont exist.
I paid by PayPal and will be reclaiming my payment and no using you again
So I feel a fair score would be 3.5. As a dealer we have ordered maybe more than £20,000 of tyres this year and when it works everything is good, prices are fair and service is efficient. When something goes wrong however they are an absolute nightmare to deal with. Often disorganised, slow to respond, will not call where a query could be sorted out quickly by phone only email/message and sometimes it takes weeks to sort out a problem.

Good pricing for hard to find tyres or pattern/spec.
Extensive range of tyre brands shown.
Delivery dates are a work of pure fiction. Maybe a 25% ontime delivery rate based on the expected date given when order placed. When questioned.... small print of contract will be quoted by chapter and verse. Or its all the Couriers fault....

Very bad refund policy.... you will wait weeks! and a replacement product if required will not be dispatched until again you pay for it first.
Penal returns costs, tyre that cost E96.00 charged E58.00+vat x4 to return the wrong size ordered. Yet the single same unit delivery cost to you is under E10.00

I have dealt with Maxityre now for several years. They've always been keenly priced, and I say that as a trade customer, often coming in at lower cost than dedicated trade suppliers. Delivery is fairly quick too.
Recently I had an issue with a delivery and they took care of it quickly and efficiently.
I'm definitely a happy customer.
