Cheap tacky not as advertised!
I ordered 2 ring sets over $500 jewelry is NOT AT ALL as described! It looks cheap and gaudy does not look like moissanite does not have the rainbow sparkle it’s supposed to the only thing right is the size!!! As soon as I saw the jewelry I started the return process and refund offer went from $90 to $120 if I would agree to keep it. I don’t want any of it. I want full refund. Waiting to see if they are going to try and make me return it to China. Fully ready to file a dispute! Not paying $300 to return items worth $50 at the most! The free gift looks just as tacky as what I paid for. Maxine do the right thing and take your items back. The fact that you would offer a discount tells me you knew the items were of poor quality when you sold them. Shoppers beware DO NOT SHOP HERE! Reddit has several reviews as well of their shady business practices.
UPDATE
They left off the part about asking me to lie on my customs form when I ship it back. In their response they requested I declare it at $15 !!! Thanks for putting that in writing. I will be disputing with my bank. To require I pay $300 in shipping fees for something that cost $500 and worth $50 is unreasonable!

Buying my ring from Maxine jewelry was a huge mistake. The most disgusting jewelry experience I have ever had. I ordered a ring that costed $307 they sent me the wrong ring and I could not get them to send me the address to send it back it took about two weeks and once I did, they continued to offer me $90 gift cards instead and when I did go to return it. It was gonna cost me $65 just to send it and they said to use tracking but once tracking is out of the United States it doesn’t work anymore anyways Maxine jewelry is a huge scam their qualities terrible and their customer service is nonexistent. Do not recommend wasting your money. I am out now $307 with an ugly ring that I didn’t order.

Quality products but poor return policy
I have made two purchases from this company. The first purchase was fantastic. The ring fit well and the sparkle is insane. I wear it every day and it’s easily my favorite piece of jewelry I own. I was surprised, when tracking the shipment, to see that it came from China. It took about two and a half weeks to receive, which isn’t a huge deal, but it would have been nice to know before purchasing. My second purchase I made with confidence because I loved my first ring so much. However, the size was inconsistent with my first ring and was too small. I contacted customer service and was told I needed to send the ring back to China and pay the return shipping myself or they offered to let me keep the ring and I could receive a store credit for $80 (I paid $110 for my ring). Since it would probably cost me $30 or more to ship back to China, I accepted the store credit. I’m highly dissatisfied with the “easy returns” they advertise on the website. I would rather have had a refund or store credit for the amount I paid for the ring that didn’t fit. So please just keep that in mind if a good return policy is important to you. Otherwise, the quality and craftsmanship of the rings are quite excellent and you will be happy with your purchase as long as it fits.

I was upset when the rings I first picked were too big for my finger. I asked to return and pick a different style and size. Without hesitation, your company heard and responded to my request. I chose the ring and correct size. Instead of having me return the original set, you offered a fair price and I avoided paying to ship the ring back.
