Glucose monitor mistake

I mistakenly purchased a finger prick glucose monitor thinking I was purchasing one that did not require finger pricks based off their pictures of the products. I failed to read the full description. When I requested a refund, they offered 15% only. I ended up with 20% after some back and forth. I was able to keep the product and when I opened the glucose monitor, it doesn’t work. I am now going back and forth with them again. They keep asking for videos proving it doesn’t work. Please do NOT buy from this company. Save yourself the trouble.
