Worst quality rug I have ever had!

Worst quality rug I have ever had!! I’ve had it one week one metal loop on the neck has bent and snapped, one of the rough Velcro pieces on the neck is completely smooth and doesn’t stick and the same on the neck piece. All emails ignored. Shall be claiming through my credit card company. If you want decent rugs avoid maxima equestrian.

Received broken rug but they didn't care

I bought a rug from this company and it arrived with a broken front clip, which is essential to keep the rug on the horse. I took a video of the rug and the broken clip when I unpacked the rug for the first time. I sent the video to the company to let them know.
They offered to send me another clip and I accepted. Two weeks later I received in the post a second hand scruffy, scratched and rusty clip.
I contacted the company again and sent them photos of the clip they sent me.
Hayle Rudgley, the person who had been emailing me and supposely the owner of the company, replied saying "is the clip not usable? ". I was astonished. I would be so embarrassed to send a clip like that to a costumer but obviously they don't care about their customers once they've got the money. That's probably why Hailey hasn't even bothered replying to my last email...
Suggestion. Spend more money and buy a rug from a proper company. AVOID Maxima Equestrian.
