Poor Customer Service and Return Policy
We received a cover for our sofa, but it did not fit, so we wanted to exchange it for another cover and wrote an email to the customer support team. They asked us to send the cover back to them.
Some days later, a customer support representative wrote us that they won't accept the return of the cover for the sofa, because it has animal hair on it. They sent us fotos from the cover, where you could literally see 5-10 small hairs, that could have been easily removed by hand. We did not use the cover at all - we just unpacked it and tried it on the sofa once and immediately removed it and placed it back in the original box after we saw that it didn't fit.
The customer support representative insisted on their return policy and sent us back the cover without accepting to exchange it for another cover with the right size. After receiving it, we checked it for animal hair and we could barely find any.
In our opinion, this was an extremely unsatisfying customer service and return policy.
