A bait-and-switch company. They told me my order qualified for free shipping, and then they charged me for shipping. Not the type of company I like doing businesss with.

Poor quality and no response from company
All of the items I received were very poor quality. Two magnifiers were completely unusable and were not cheap. I tried to return them through the online form and received no response from the company at all.
