Do yourself a favor and shop local if you want better customer experience.
Not only did they have a horrible customer support, toxic warranty policies towards the customer (I've never had this bad customer service anywhere while shopping online on "trusted sites"), they also appear to delete some negative reviews as they deleted my completely valid criticism here as invalid. Idk what should I say at this point. Or what am I even allowed to say by their standards lmao. Starting to sound more and more scammy by the minute. It's actually wild that companies like this exist in EU.

Cannot recommend MaxGaming
Cannot recommend MaxGaming. I bought a gaming mouse. It had some loose parts and gave a rattling sound while shaking. The left button had about 1 mm play and shooting accuracy was poor.
I send them videos to prove my point but MaxGaming said there was nothing wrong with the mouse. So, I returned the mouse. I had to pay the delivery costs both ways, so I lost about 10 euros with this adventure.
Then I bought the same mouse elsewhere and got a flawless one. No rattling, no play. No more MaxGaming.
Otherwise one star, but I must admit that sending back was easy because I got a bar code. Also communication was easy with e-mail. Just some difference in opinion about a defected item. Therefore: **.

Very disappointed
I preordered a keyboard. Received it over a month past the preorder shipping date and the product was not as shown on the website (incorrect color scheme and vinyl). Customer service was rude, didn't even awknowledge the issue with product and delays in delivery. I am never ordering from them again.

Hello, Sorry to hear that of course but the pre orders can differ and they have a preliminary date that we set on the website when you place your order and you are aware of that when the order is placed. And the ducky keyboards that you are speaking of change every Chinese new year and that is nothing that we can do about I´m afraid that is the manufacturer that change. Never glad too see an unhappy customer but hopefully you can look back and see it from our end as well! Have a great day!
