This company is a joke.

This company is a joke.

I was sent a bill for £1,742 based on completely incorrect meter readings. I had already submitted my actual meter reading on 1st March, and I also have photo proof of my meter reading on 31st March.

My real usage was around 563 kWh, yet I was charged for 4,718 kWh — nearly 10 times more than I actually used. This is a massive overcharge of over £1,000.

This is not a small mistake, this is a serious failure in their billing system. Sending bills like this to customers is unacceptable and extremely concerning.

This is also not the first time I’ve had issues with them, which makes it even worse. I now have to waste my time fixing an error that should never have happened.

I strongly advise anyone dealing with this company to double check every bill very carefully.

Equalspace Limited have received excellent service from Maxen Power in sorting out a new smart meter for us and so quickly. I only phoned this morning and they are fitting it on the 27th April which is very much appreciated. Thank you.
