Shipping time is horrendous
Honestly, first time ordering off this website. I placed my order on September 27th and I have called customer care twice now since placing the order. I was told that the estimated delivery date is October 16th. That’s almost 3 weeks. My package has been sitting at a USPS sort facility for 7 days in San Francisco. I’m confused on why the shipping process is this slow. I won’t be using this site again. Two thumbs down for me.
Update- 10/13 my package was finally delivered today. 16 days to receive my package is excessive. I want to give my honest review on the items I ordered, all of my items were delivered undamaged and in very nice travel testers. Customer service should have done more to help expedite the package but all in all they weren’t rude so that’s a plus. Honestly I still won’t be purchasing from them in the future solely because of the amount of time it takes to receive my package.
Update- thank you for taking the time to reply to my review, I will give order from your website again. I am very impressed with the quality of the travel testers and the scents I ordered are spot on. You guys went from 1 star to 5 stars!

We're sorry the wait was so stressful. Watching a package sit in one place for days is frustrating, especially when you're excited about a first order, and we understand why 16 days felt long. We truly appreciate that you called us and that you were patient with our team.
We'd like to be open about what happened. At checkout, customers can choose free standard shipping or expedited shipping for an additional fee, and the estimated delivery date for each option is shown before the order is placed. Your order went out with free standard shipping to Hawaii, and it arrived on October 13, ahead of the estimated date we gave you at checkout, when your order shipped, and while it was in transit. Those dates are estimates, and deliveries to Hawaii can take longer than to the mainland. Once a package is with the carrier, we are not able to speed it up or change its shipping method, and we wish we could have given you a faster answer when you called.
For a quicker delivery next time, expedited shipping is available at checkout. We hope the fragrances bring you lots of enjoyment, and we would be grateful for another chance to give you a better experience.

Amazing
Amazing! I love the new formulation of Onyx and 10/7 is very similar to Addicted and Addicted plus but it has a little something else that makes it delicious in it’s own right. And it’s long lasting I got 8 hours plus I kept smelling it on my clothes days later. Shipping was fast and the price was great.
