Scam – They Took My Money and Locked Me Out After Winning

I deposited $30 with Max9 on 14/04/2025. After playing, I won $13,180.00 fair and square. But when I tried to withdraw, they started delaying with copy-paste excuses like “bank access issues.” I kept following up for days, but they refused to process my winnings.

Eventually, they locked me out of my account and I lost access completely. They never sent me a cent of my winnings. I tried contacting support multiple times and they just kept repeating the same fake apologies.

This platform is not legitimate. I have reported them to NSW Fair Trading, Scam watch, and contacted my bank to report the transaction. Please do not trust Max9 — they will take your money and run.
