Got a screw in my tire, went to Mavis for a plug. A bit of a wait, staff friendly, competent technician knew about Tesla servicing and got me out quickly.

I stopped in shortly after 6:00 PM on Monday evening because my tire indicator light had come on; I knew I needed air in one tire. The staff went the extra mile, filled all my tires, and diagnosed the leak, helping me back on the road. Great service. Thanks so much.

Went in for a tire issue, had a slow leak. They identified the issue, tire wasn’t sealed correctly. They said they fixed it, but left and day later my tire was still leaking air. Went to a more trusted tire shop where they fixed it without issue.. won’t go back to mavis agin.

My wife's tire failed on Sunday at 4:00PM (pothole) and we took a chance that Mavis in Washington could help us, as we each needed to drive to work on Monday. Not only did they have the right tire, Joe took us right in. Joe was extremely courteous, professional and understanding as he calmed my wife and assured her he would take care of it personally. He checked the rim to make sure there was no collateral damage, and we were on our way home before they closed at 5:00. Outstanding customer service, great prices and a real lifesaver!

My brake fluid and service engine light was on in my wife’s car, so I stop by to have it checked out. Judy was very helpful and had the mechanic check it out and flush the brake line and reset the service light. Very helpful and courteous staff.

Judy is very warm and welcoming. Everyone there is very polite and knowledgeable. They were very good to me after I had an immobilizing surgery last year and my car needed work, so I'll always be grateful for that. Thank you, guys.

The staff at Mavis Discount Tire were extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and expedient. I was commuting to work in the middle of a snowstorm when my tire blew out. I arrived at the shop right as they opened at 8am and they took perfect care of me from start to finish. I was extremely confident with their work and I made it to work on time in a great mood.

My family has a tradition to cut down the Christmas Tree at a tree farm in Belvidere, NJ. As soon as we turned into the farm, it was difficult to turn the steering wheel. The power steering fluid was gone, leaked through a loose hose connection. Long story short, being stuck 50 miles away from home on a tree farm with no repair shop close by is not a good feeling. The people at the farm helped me to locate Marvis Discount Tire store in Washington, NJ. They tighten the power steering pressure line right on the spot that we were still able to get our Christmas tree on that Saturday afternoon. You showed me the true Christmas spirit. Thanks so much to the shop manager and the mechanic for a job well done.

Everyone is very helpful there, I called the Califon and Clinton and they couldn’t get me in for a service and the Washington site got me in right away and we’re very quick and I noticed that they took care with my vehicle installing plastic on the drivers seat and installing a paper mat

We had an issue with another branch regarding a warranty they would not uphold. After contacting corporate Judy and Mike from this branch stepped in to help us out. They were amazing the entire process and helped get us get back on our way. I can't express how helpful and accommodating they were.

I made the appointment the day before they took me at 8 o’clock in the morning and had me up by nine. Upon paying Judy wish me a happy Father’s Day which was very nice
