Went to Mavis for an oil change in November the next day returned car was leaking oil. Less than a month later had to get another oil change. Two weeks later I have a blown head gasket. The manager was very rude and stated he would pay for my diagnostic. When I called him he stated he was in therapy and would reach back out to. Now you’re avoiding my phone calls. Wouldn’t recommend anyone for there services,

Called up to Montgomery crossroads locationI I told the lady I have a disabled friend that cannot find a dipstick for the transmission fluid we have the fluid we just can't find it it was as simple as that she said OK bring the car in. I asked her again do you have a mechanic that can show my friend where the dipstick is to put the transmission fluid in she said yes bring the car in. We get up there and Isaiah immediately tells us that they don't do transmission work we told them we don't want transmission work you are a mechanic can you please show us where the dipstick is he just kept saying over and over and over we don't do transmission work. And then Nikki the woman I spoke to basically called me a liar and told me my friend was not ditabled and clearly he is. These people need not still be working there. This is just crazy
Arrived at the store on Montgomery Cross Road in Savannah to have two tires mounted and balanced and the front end aligned on my truck. Walked inside the store and waited about ten minutes and no one even acknowledged my or my wife’s presence. Left that store and went to the Mavis store at Waters Avenue and Delesseps. Upon arriving we were greeted by two cheerful young ladies who stated that both their tire machine and their alignment machine were broken. We then left and took the truck to Rutland Tire and it should be ready this afternoon. Don’t waste your time with Mavis…

In the last two years, I have visited three Mavis Tire locations. Each one was a disaster! If you need a car battery, DO NOT BUY it from Mavis. I bought an Exide battery with a two year warranty for one-hundred and sixty dollars. I could have bought the same battery through Amazon for ninety-nine dollars. Live and learn.
My experience today was wonderful. I was in and pout in no time to pick up my car and the price was lower than expected.
Mavis was able to change fix my TPMS sensor didn’t have to replace it! Great service. I’m a loyal customer.
