Tracy and Nate are what you hope for when needing tire service. Very professional and customer focused.
We had a slow leak in a tire we bought from Mavis in Florida while driving home. We got to the Macon store shortly before closing. We were welcomed in and our van was quickly put on the lift. They located the cause of the leak and fixed it. No charge since we had road hazard from the purchase. We were back on the road in less than an hour. WELL DONE! Thanks.

I needed to have my break lights…
I needed to have my break lights checked and possibly replaced. Mark and Bobby at the Presidential park way store, took care of the job in ten minutes or less. This was after I had sat at the Kia dealership for 4 hours only to be told they could not do it today.
Mavis did the job with smiles on their faces. Customer service rated a 10. I will use them again for other services.

Incompetence at its finest!!
I purchased 4 tires and a 4 wheel alignment in Oct of 2024. March of 2025 the rear tires were completely bald after being driven only 4000 miles since installation October. We take it back to Mavis and they tell us it was not their fault and I am just trying to get two new tires even though the numbers on the tires and receipt matches. I say that that the tires have a 60000 mile warranty but the store manager says that is if it was in alignment. They did the alignment when the tires were purchased. He the states that his regional manager told him not to replace the tires.

Well I had a slow leak in a tire
Well I had a slow leak in a tire. I had just had this tire patched at another Mavis Monday. At first they said they couldn't find anything after further look they found that the tire sensor was broken at the other store and the leak was at the stem.

It's the Customer Service for me!!!
Every time I'm in the Macon Mavis Discount Tire Nate always make me feel like family. He always take care of all of my car needs. He always greet me with a smile. This time I actually bought the blades. Thank you for the recommendation because I didn't realize I needed them. Today was the first time meeting John but his customer service was superb also. This store has made a grand impression on me. I travel from Cordele to go to this Mavis.

Another awesome experience
Another awesome experience! Dana and her team always do whatever it takes to ensure their customers leave satisfied. The prices are manageable and the service is superb. The waiting area and restrooms are always clean and comfortable. I would recommend Mavis (Macon, Ga.) To anyone needing vehicle service. And for the busy people, they have great weekend hours (Saturdays and Sundays).
