Beware. Not a courteous. Company
I just heard from the company about a week after I filed my complaint. I would rather use a local company and pay a little more and deal with the lack of concern on the customer that this company shows. Like I said when I notified FedEx, they told me oh well you are loss. So I told the company at least let them know where they sent it. Yes, my address was correct but when I told them that wasn’t my house or anybody near me, they didn’t even offer to send me another one. Do not use these people.

Go anywhere else !
After making an appointment and receiving two emails and 4 phone calls confirming my appointment- I arrive at appointment time. Spoke with one worker who told me where to park. Spoke with another and he took my name and keys. After 2.5 hours, I asked for my keys back because I couldn’t wait any longer and asked why so long - the worker handed me back the keys and said we are only taking drop offs today -hmm. After 2 emails-4 confirming phone calls and speaking to two workers - nobody said this to me? There are plenty of other places around - do not go here unless you have all day to wait!!

Awesome Service
Phil, Wayne and the entire East Meadow staff were awesome! They let me walk in on a very busy Friday afternoon and while still serving their other customers, repaired a critical problem with my car. I'm indebted. I very highly recommend them and if I could give them 10 stars instead of 5 I happily would.
