I had an excellent experience with **Mavis Tires & Brakes in Bolingbrook**. The people here are extremely professional, friendly, helpful, and most importantly, very honest. They take the time to explain everything clearly and never try to sell you something you don’t need.

Their work is excellent, their prices are fair, and they truly care about their customers. It’s hard to find an auto service shop where you feel completely comfortable and can trust the people working on your vehicle, but this team definitely earned my trust.

I’m very happy with their service and will definitely come back here for my future tire and car service needs. I highly recommend **Mavis Tires & Brakes – Bolingbrook** to my friends, family, and anyone looking for honest and reliable service.

Came to Mavis 7/14 at 5:20pm I had a nail stuck in my tire when I pulled up the guy stated oh you just need a patch and plug. When I walked in kelrod told me they close at 6 so it’ll take to long to do the job. He suggested I get a brand new tire it’ll be quicker which actually took I believe the same amount of time to patch it! Soon as I came in he already had a attitude, his customer service was horrible, I come here often and I’ve never experienced this type of behavior I spent almost 400 on a brand new tire because he didn’t wanna patch it. This the one time I feel played by Mavis tires. I’ll be calling cooperate in the morning.

I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Mavis Tire & Brakes on Weber Road in Bolingbrook today and I want to personally recognize Joseline and David for their exceptional customer service.

I arrived with a flat tire just 15 minutes before closing, fully expecting to be told I would need to come back another day. Instead, Joseline and David welcomed me, took care of the problem immediately, and repaired the tire at no charge.

In today's world, that kind of service is incredibly rare. They could have easily turned me away, but instead they chose to help someone in need at the end of a long workday. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond left a lasting impression on me.

What they did may have seemed like a small gesture to them, but it made a tremendous difference to me. It is refreshing to find people who still genuinely care about helping customers rather than simply watching the clock.

Mavis Tire & Brakes is fortunate to have employees like Joseline and David and its manager (whose name I unfortunately did not get) representing the company. They earned my gratitude, my trust, and my future business. If you need tire or brake service in the Bolingbrook area, this is the place to go.

Great service staff was very professional didn’t have to wait long I will be back

Stopped in for a quick oil change on my truck and was greeted by Joey with top of the line customer service. Explained I was kind of in a hurry and without any hesitation they had my truck in and out without trying to sell me services I didn't need. The following weekend I had my wife's van in for an oil change and again upon arrival the team was outstanding and very professional. This will be my go to oil change and tire service team in the future. Thank you Joey and the rest of your Mavis team members on an outstanding job.

I went in for alignment check. They saw car was beginning to overheat and check engine light had come on. They ran diagnostics and other checks on my Ford Escape for over an hour so I would know exactly to tell the Ford dealership. Ford needed to do the work since I'd had prior issues. They didnt even charge me!! Kept me informed of what was going on. Great service.
