I really wish you could put no stars, because that's what this company deserves.l ordered an air purifier from this scamming company. The product was supposed to come to my address....without any luck. I got in touch with them by messenging, and to my surprise l was told l had to pick the product from some place called KS, which I'd never heard of and never new where it was... cutting it short we went back and forth in messages,they were very apologetic and understanding, until l then knew they're scammers.... I did a lot of research and found out they've bought a domain address for the UK even though the company is in China, now at the beginning of my messaging to them they answered every one
.....until l told them they are scammers and found out they have bought a domain address for the UK. I also told them l would be getting in touch with the fraud squad officer at my bank, which l did, and l definitely knew l would be getting no answer, was l right, YES!!!!! I can only advise anyone who as been scammed by this fraudulent company, whether by money, not receiving or the crap product they've sent, get in touch with your bank. My bank has returned my £144 and even though l told them goodluck with hoping to get in touch with the scammers, they actually get in touch with their bank, so! l just hope for all of the customers of the scammers, l may have helped.
