Best bras I've ever owned! I've ordered 6 in the last year and absolutely love them! I had one incident they sent me wrong bra and size. I had NO issues getting my refund and they let me keep the wrong bra, which I donated because it was way too big. I highly recommend, super comfortable and they hold up very well!

This is the most terrible and fraudulent website I have ever seen. You guys advertised a buy 1 get one free bra which I paid for. You guys sent just one bra. I immediately reached out and the insensitive customer service said I added just 1 piece to my cart. And I was like this is common sense. You advertised buy 1 get 1 free. And it stated on my shipping info that 2pcs to be shipped.
And secondly, the bra size is not true to fit.
And I demanded I return the item and you refund me as that is how it should be resolved, but you said I’ll need to be the cost of returning the bra. Who does that?
And I asked for even 80% refund just to let the sleeping dog be, but you are offering me a 40% which I vehemently turned down.
We need to push this to who ever needs to know.😡😡😡😡😡😡

These bras don't fit right, definately do not give uplift and I am very upset. Just wasted a lot of money for nothing. I am contacting my credit card for a refund and I feel i was scammed. I will never order anything on Facebook again!
Deserves zero, got spam and poorly fitting items
Deserves zero. First of all, within seconds (no exaggeration) of ordering via the Facebook link, I received 3 spam messages, in email and via text. I'm aware how phishing works, and shame on me for ever clicking the Facebook link and ordering, but this company is absolutely involved in the spam. Anyway, tried to cancel the order, no way to do so. There's a contact us email address. Used it, resulted in more spam. No phone number, no return policy listed, etc. Received my items. They don't fit (way off) and now I've got 2 items I can't use and can't return. Filed a claim with my credit card company, hopefully I can get a refund that way. Recommend to stay away. Be smarter than me and buy from a known reputable vendor. Lesson learned.
I didn't receive my bras…
I bought my bras when I clicked on the Facebook ad on May 19th, its now July 19th and I haven't heard anything, I received a confirmation email the same day that my order was placed and received successfully and i would receive updated information, to this day, 2 months after, I haven't received my bras, and no information, I tried to contact this company quite a few times, no one responds, I complain on Facebook and was ignored. I just want my bras or my money back please....I feel like its a scam, I got scammed.

I had the same problem many others had. I placed an order for bras and shaper briefs. I clicked on a Facebook ad. I placed a order and received the product about 3-4 weeks later. The items looked nice but I was sent the wrong size bras and the briefs size do not correspond to what they have listed on the site. I requested an exchange for the correct sizes but the company stated that it would cost too much to exchange and offered to return a percentage of my money instead. I did not agree to this as the error was on their part. I had placed my order through Paypal and filed my complaint and refund request through them. I will be sure to check all internet based companies on this website in the future. This company pretended the items were being shipped from the US but they actually were'nt.
38G and really lifts them wayyyy up
Just received my bras. They do come from China and take about 3 weeks to deliver. They do run a little small. I am a 38 G and the bra feels like a 36 F. I did order a 38 G but received a 38 F which F is there largest from there chart. So it is Tight fit and definitely holds the girls way way up and supports my back. I think I will look for a similar bra locally. I’m not going to try to return the bras returning something from China is always a nightmare. I will wear the bras and they will make me look good when I want to show off or go out. They won’t be an everyday bra.

This review justifies zero star's. Terrible company to work with. I received my Bra's and the fit is terrible. I ordered a 36 G and the band is not 36 inches. I can not wear it. The company is not responding to me to allow me to return product and get a credit.
Report them to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) for your money back!!
Report them to the BBB, better Business bureau. The better Business bureau will send them a letter forcing them to resolve the issue with you within 30 days or be reported to the government as a scam. Businesses don't want that so they will negotiate with you to try and come to a solution so that they can meet the 30-day deadline. If you just keep saying no, I want my money back. They will get in to avoid being reported and potentially losing their business. Once you come to a conclusion, you will just have to go back to the better business for your website and tell them that you agree with the solution that they came to. I had to do this when a TV mounting service charged me twice and refuse to get me a refund. I reported them. They contacted me within a week and after something negotiation over one day they gave me all my money back. Here is a quote from the better Business bureau website:

I ordered from an advert on Facebook, the bras looked brilliant in the advert so thought I would take a chance, paid using PayPal just incase. Took a good 3 weeks to arrive but the bras are amazing, best fitting bra I think I have ever owned. I have just ordered some more :-D

The returns policy on their website is completely fake and they will not honour it. They sent me the wrong size that I did not order. They refused to send me the correct size and refused to refund the item. After many emails they offered a 40% refund, when I said that wasn’t acceptable to expect me to pay for an incorrect item I didn’t order they stopped responding to my emails. Do not waste your money.
Customer service solved the issue
I ordered 2 Bras on the B1G1 offer on March 7. On March 21 I received 2 Bras in the wrong size. Customer service offered me a 50% refund and I could keep the bras. I did not accept the 1st offer and they the gave me a full refund.

Buyer beware
Buyer beware! The bra did not fit as expected. I contacted the company to find out how I could return the item. They offered me 20% back of my purchase and to keep the product that was useless to me. The last offer they gave me was 40% back and I pay to send it back to China.
I read the copany return policy. It states that the consumer will not be charged twice for shipping or a restocking fee. When I emailed them, the story changed. They said they had to charge for their time.
No since in wasting more time with them. I'm letting my cc company take care of this.

I ordered bras more than a month ago. I have not received the bus yet and continue to get the same message asking for a picture. I also ordered the one buy one get one free and only one bra has arrived. How can I. give them a picture of something I do not have.

Edit: they have deleted my review since I posted. The website has no less than 3 stars, but I had given it a 1. The website claims that it is manufactured in the US and arrives in 48 hours; so why is it postmarked from China? Additionally, it claims you will get 100% of your money back. I'm still waiting on my 50% refund. I recant my previous statement of "The bras are not bad." The rose-colored one has boning in it that digs into my skin, much like the rose-colored glasses I had on when ordering.
I would give this mother father a negative star review if I could. I ordered two bras of the SAME SIZE and they sent me one bra of the correct size, the other FOUR SIZES TOO BIG. I complained about it, and the rep told me they don't do exchanges but would allow me to keep the bra and give me a 30% discount on the ill-sized bra. I told her I was dissatisfied with and did not agree with those terms (how are you going to give me a discount on something I don't want?), and reiterated that I either wanted a full refund or to receive the proper size. She offered me a full refund but I had to pay for return shipping, OR I could receive a 50% refund and keep the bra that STILL DOES NOT FIT. I told them they need to pay for the return shipping, because I'm not spending additional money that will probably be twice what I paid for the item itself. She claims they cannot do that; I am currently dealing with this foolery now, and am going to dispute it with my bank and escalate the matter above her.
The bra is not bad, but not worth this headache. I'm going back to Lane Bryant and Torrid. Nonsense!
