Do not order from this shit company. They have no clue what they are doing, kept changing my delivery date. Won’t cancel my order being waiting 3 weeks for the bed. Then was meant to deliver my bed but they broke it actually bloody joke. Shit customer service aswell.

What an absolute joke this company is! Ordered a divan bed base at a reasonable price. The bed arrived in an acceptable time frame but was broken and bashed about. They did apologise and said a replacement would take place. Have them the benefit of the doubt. Bad mistake as I have now been waiting two months, another replacement arrived broken and now delivery dates keep changing for the third replacement. They also trade under forty winks beds which is not true as I contacted them to. I keep getting fobbed off on emails and threatened with taking 30% off my refunded price if I want to return what they delivered as broken. The delivery company who supposedly are not connected have the same elevator waiting music, same options and mighty similar address. So clearly a scam dodgy company. Do not waste or lose your money!! Avoid avoid avoid.

Skeptical at first after seeing some bad reviews but the price was good and they have a lot more good than bad reviews. I did call them after placing the order and seeing the reviews to express my concerns but they told me they had been having issues with their transport company but it is all sorted now.

Awful company, poor customer service get fobbed off every time. Ordered 1 divan king size bed, arrived in very poor condition so requested a new one and sent them pictures of the poor quality etc. They apologised and arranged a replacement which was in better condition but they delivered the wrong end for the bed and the drawers would not open! I'm now trying to get a replacement as they refuse to refund saying the replacement is already in commission as they are made to order.... been waiting 2months now for replacement!!

Delivery dates and times continuously change as it appears the delivery firm (Prime Delivery) are the same people! I have taken 5 different days off work now to be home for the supposed scheduled delivery and each time updates and tracking etc get changed on the day with a text and email giving conflicting information! I'm still waiting for it! Will be contacting my credit card company now.

Why when you are trying to get through to this company they never pick up or respond to emails?!! You are left on hold for ages so and line eventually cuts off. Outraged by this companies customer service. They are quick to contact you when they are delivering item after getting the sake! I wish I'd read reviews prior to purchasing!!!

Ordered our bed at the start of July delivery confirmed for 18th July waited in all day no communication from delivery company. When you try to phone you go straight on to hold then get cut off after five mins!Email sent no reply! No contact form on website even though it says there is ! Generally the worst customer service experience in fact NO customer service. Have no idea if we will get a delivery but they have full payment!!!

The bed frame i ordered did not disappoint. It is certainly good value as well as good looking. It is an ottoman bed frame with liads of storage. The bed frame was delivered on time and professionally. It was easy to assemble and is most comfortable.

Excellent value, item came in variety of colours and fabrics to suit needs. Despatch and delivery time longer than I would have liked. Communication around delivery time could have been better as it changed 3 times. Delivery team called me 20 minutes before arrival which was helpful, Hasan and his colleague were friendly and efficient.

Ordered a bed with mattress. Selected delivery time for 16th July, several days ahead of actual purchase. I was contacted a couple of days before hand claiming there had been an error with the courier so delivery re arranged for 19th. Received a text and email with confirmation, 'guaranteed delivery'. Got up early expecting a call.... waited in all morning. No communication whatsoever and no delivery. No answer on the phone number provided. Appalling service, Appalling communication. No bed and no one to speak with. Hopefully receiving a full refund will be more forthcoming!
** The bed was finally delivered, however when it was unpacked it was damaged. The company have ceased to communicate with me **

I still havent had a refund for the other mattress order and i noticed Klarna have paid a 2nd payment now, this needs repaying and notify Klarna that the order was cancelled!

Amazing service from Syed in sales when I couldn’t decide which mattress to go for. He recomended the Cashmere 1000 with the Anya Ottoman bed. Delivery I expected to be a bit quicker but I am based in Aberdeen so 9 days wasn’t too bad compared to other companies. Would buy again.

Easy ordering & delivery team were superb, lovely two lads, Hasan and his colleague. They were efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Instructions to build the bed were a little vague! But we managed it.
Would recommend.

It was an amazing experience with perfect service from the beginning to the end of my order. I ordered online and received the product in 3 days as it was said. Everything was delivered quickly, the ordering process went smoothly,and products came in full order.

Polite and respectfully delivery men , delived to upstairs room no problem atall , highly recommend, lovely bed , didnt realise they were made to order took a little longer than expected, customer service communication was good .

Excellent quality beds and mattress

Placed an order on their website and received delivery date the next day for end of the week. Great help when planning out my days. Bed looks beautiful have ordered another for my daughters room.

No communication for ages about planned delivery, sudden change of delivery date with no communication in between and over 40 minutes wait on the phone to speak to someone who had 0 empathy.
Glad I used Clearpay for payments as I've managed to put the payments on hold until I either get the product delivered in the morning or a full refund is sent.

Disgusting company … took my money over 3 weeks ago and still no delivery date from them but when I asked to cancel my order and get my money refunded they advised they will take 25% …. AVOID!! Total rip off scam company!

This company is shocking. I ordered a bed from them and then had to battle to get it delivered on a date that was suitable for me, after being on hold all throughout the morning. The delivery date was then changed which originally worked well for me. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to change the delivery day. I was unable to reach them or their delivery courier as I was out on hold all thought the morning and the calls kept getting cut off. I also sent multiple emails which were not replied to.

This company is unreliable, i spent £500 on a new bed, it states delivery within 7-10 days on the website. After 14 days i had heard nothing. I called he telephone number over 25 times - just to hear music and never able to get through. After emailing them i was given a date - then cancelled, a new date, then cancelled. I have tried to contact them as i am now requesting a refund. 2 days off work - no communication - no bed a complete joke. Spend your money eleswhere - dont get conned too
